I don't know if he's the same cat.

I think they may be different cats as Tiger was a gentle loner, Not a rouge. I looked at Tiger's form as well and the quote states 'All this ancestor stuff makes me nauseous' when in reality, FrostCloud's mate Tiger was respectful of her beliefs. May be the same cat and his personality / way of life was changed, But I'm not sure.
