What does the word home mean to you? A safe haven, a place to belong. Somewhere to
feel warm and at peace right? Well that's exactly what this pack has. At the site of an
abandon town these dogs make their home. Whatever happened in their past has been
left behind whether they were abandon by humans, born wild, or escaped from a life
of captivity each and every dog found their way here and now they are a family. They
fight, they hunt, they play, they love, they live together and they have found peace.
The pack has been established here for five years, undisturbed by threats with plentiful
pray and shelter from any harsh weather conditions. Here the dogs have found a place
to be happy, but unspeakable horrors are about to come their way and everything they
know is going to come crashing down around them. Imminent threats surround them on
all sides, trapping them, but they have a chance to fight. To survive. It will take all of
their wits and all of their strength. They will either have to save their home or run and
leave this life behind and try to start anew elsewhere in the world. There will be fear,
and pain, and death, they might not make it, but they will never give up. The fight has
just begun.

Aeolus is a young Saluki. His name shared by a greek god. Aeolus, god of wind and air. This name perfectly describes his speed, faster than the wind as some say. He's the prime example of his breed, meeting all the specifications for a show dog. Not that he knows much about any of that, seeing as him and died out long before he was born. His fur is a tricolored white, tan, and black. It's also sliky, feathered, and he does his best to keep it as clean as possible. His eyes are a hazel color. His breed is a type of sighthound. This is obvious by the typical deep-chested, long legged body of the sighthounds. While he might not hunt often, if at all, he does put his skills to good use. Any kind of extremely gorey stuff makes him a bit squeamish but he overlooks this for his job and whatnot. While he's easily the fastest dog in his pack he was cut out for hunting or fighting. He enjoyed the chase but the catch was what he couldn't handle. He wasn't aggressive or bloodthirsty as he sees the other dogs. He doesn't look down on those of a lower position, but he doesn't understand the appeal of hunting or fighting. Many dogs tend to cower at just his sheer hight, but he wouldn't dare spill blood of another dog unless his life depended on it. Aeolus is a gentle and sometimes affectionate dog but he can also be rather independent and aloof. He isn't at all submissive and any kind of harsh methods to get him to be will fail. He will however listen to his alpha but he considers himself a second in command and will offer his input on any risky decisions. While he may seems dignified or snobby in the way he carries himself, he isn't. He does enjoy being the center of attention, but as such a majestic looking dog that's not hard. Gentle and friendly, he's generally very kind. Not all a push over, though he's prone to being passive aggressive. He can be rude an he had been, but the most you get out of him is some good natured banter on most occasions. Of course he does have some meaner thoughts, but he wouldn't dare say them out loud. He also has the capability to be manipulative and sly, but thats rare. Often quiet and calm, he's a very trustworthy dog. Many come to him as a therapist of sorts in order to solve their problems or just cheer them up with some humor. He's also considered a peace keeper within and out of the pack. While very fatherly and sweet he has no real desire for a family, not that his job as a healer would let him have one anyways. Aeolus is typically patient but gets bored easily. This can resort to him spending hours of his time cleaning up around the camp. This of course can be annoying to others, as many don't like him rearranging everything. He hates being left out on any information, and he'll do what he can to find out everything he can. Another important factor is that he's very strong willed. Once he puts his foot down your chances of persuading are very slim. His somewhat subborn behavior can be a nuisance to some, but he doesn't care much. Despite being a very confident seeming dog he's very insecure about his abilities. He always thinks be could've done better. This doesn't stop him from doing his job though. His job as a healer is what he holds above everything else. He is however very prideful with his intelligence and speed, her takes much offence when anyone claims to be better than him in those two sections. As for this brutes past, it's not too intresting. His mother had been the alpha of a neighbouring pack. Said pack was full of purebreds, and they weren't to mate outside their breed. She'd died while giving birth so Aeolus never knew her. His father was a healer, one of the best. He did his best to raise his son but he soon feel ill and died. Aeolus' somewhat arrogant or cocky nature comes from the fact that he came from a purebred family of high ranking dogs. His parents are also the reason for his insecurities. Some blamed him for his mothers death, and he felt responsible for not being able to help his father. From the day his father died he vowed to try and live up to his parents greatness, but he always feels like he's not good enough. Especially seeing as he wasn't placed as lead medic like he wanted. But of course he was a year younger than the current medic, which of course is the main reason for that. He holds a resentment of sorts towards the current medic, and he often tries to out do him just in case something did happen to the current lead medic that he would be trusted to step in. By the time his father died, he was still young. Another female of the group to him under her wing. She became his adopted mother and the were inseparable. That is until the same illness that room his father infected the rest of the pack. Many died but his adopted mother wouldn't let them be infected. She took him and ran to far way pack. His old pack soon perished and is no longer alive.They accepted them and probably treated him better than he was treats in his previous pack. He wont admit this though, as nostalgia blocks out the bad things that happend. Once he was an adolescent he was to be the new healer of the pack. It was also the same time his adoptive mother disappeared. She was getting older and grew tired of pack life. She left one night, leaving Aeolus alone.

Seraph is a young Berger Blanc Suisse, also known as a white swiss shepard. This brute is a medium sized dog, standing at 23 inches and weighing in at 76 pounds. While somewhat underweight for his hight, he's still somewhat muscular. With shortish stark white for and milky fawn colored eyes he's rather attractive. He's free of any scars or blemishes in his snowy fur but he does wear a collar given to him by his previous owners. He rather enjoyed the look of it and therefore keeps it on, despite now being a stray. Though he does appear incredibly feminine, which is a factor he's used to his advantage. Seraph isn't the largest dog, but he is very agile and strong to some extent. He's fast, agile, and his stamina is high. Though he's also a horrible hunter and he can hardly swim. His sense of smell, sight, hearing, and reflexes are very good. When it comes to battle, he isn't someone who gets into physical disputes. He stays true to his past rank as a medic. If nessicary he'll only leave flesh wounds and try to outwit the opponent before eventually fleeing. When first meeting him most catch an intelligent and gentle but sometimes aloof vibe. Seraph lives up to his name and acts as a rather pure and angelic being. Though he isn't at all the way he seems. He presents himself as a charming, agreeable, and engaging dog. Keeping a cool kind front he gets along with most. He seems kind and sympathetic, connecting with you on an emotional level. This is far from his actual personality though. Cunning, manipulative and narsstic this brute is only out for himself. He's impulsive and a pathological liar. Lacking empathy and sympathy for others, the only reason he has his rank is due to his convincing acting. Lacking almost all remorse he's very shallow. Seraph does have some redeeming qualities though. He's very good at his job and pretty funny. Even if it is fake, he always shows concern for others and tries to please everyone. It's rare that he'd say anything rude and chances are he'll never get into a physical dispute. After all, he was a medic. He's typically very respectful of others, but he does hold himself higher than his superiors and he isn't afraid to act as such. He tries to keep his arrogance on the down low, but it's not often he succeeds. He's still close do the higher ranking dogs and they get along rather well. No dog has yet to see through his disguise and its unlikely they ever will unless he reveals his true self. It is possible for Seraph to act as a normal dog with proper emotions and liking towards someone genuinely, but it's unlikly. Many consider him fearless, and that's true for his most part. His main fear is being exposed and exiled from the pack. He's willing to do anything to prevent this, though unlikely, even murder. His secondary fear is dying in a slow and painful way. He doesn't fear death himself, just the possibly of going out in a bad way. He isn't looking for a mate but he may choose one just for pups or a higher social status. Seraph's history is known partially throughout the pack. He was born as a pup in the pack. It wasn't long that he stayed there though, as he was taken hostage by a group of loners. The moment he got the chance though, he ran only to be captured by humans. These humans however were incredibly and abusive and neglected the puppy though. This continued over the span of a year, Though he finally fled once he could. He made it back to the pack only to find that all aside from a small group of dogs had perish under the name of a mysterious illness. Though welcomed back into the pack he soon left, along with his brother Pendulum. Though he was once again captured by humans and separated from his brother. He was taken from his home of the north to the area where these strays currently live.
