Loving the brainstorming, I would be in for all these ideas!

I was planning to have Altavia run into a makeshift guild sort've like the one you guys are thinking and it would be something dragon related. My characters are dragon born so they sent mages undercover to Winterhold to go find a 'breton with powerful abilities' and end up kidnapping Nick instead whoops and that's how they get off that blasted mountain back into civilization but it could be a hidden but growing guild but idk that's why i'm stalling a little...

If we're gonna have the strange fortune telling tattoos then it wouldn't be a bad idea to either draw them at random or decide who gets them. Of my characters, it would probably be Celenr, because he's planning to do wrong with all the power he's collecting from dragon priest masks and other artifacts and he wouldn't even try to avoid his fate.

Lol Durn, it took some practice to learn to spell her name, but it's habit now. I still struggle spelling the name she used to use, Amaranth. I have to copy/paste it from wherever I last posted it because I never use it regularly.

There's already a whole mess of stuff with two of my characters. Apocrypha is on the brink of death right now trying to ruin Calcemo's life's work and spooooiiiilerssss
Nicholas and his demon horse are entirely unaware of the mess that will befall them at some point, so there's plenty of opportunity there. I love all of those ideas you came up with though, meraki!

1) becuase he's stuck on the mountains becuase he's a little introverted scared smol elf that has his entire face wiped out
