i just remembered hickorypaw is like just as old as briarpaw lmao iM SORRY--

just remember that because hickorypaw has a photographic memory she'll likely become a medicine cat with less training?
i can see briarpaw and hickorypaw at eachother's throats at times though, even if hickorypaw cant really process and show emotions right. ;-;

briar just doesn't like her cause briar is a butt, and also sees her as a threat, so she's constantly at her throat cx briar is like pretty smart, but doesn't have a photogenic memory, but like its chill, helps with plot tbh cx she just doesn't want hickory to have her name yet, cause briars parents died of green cough when she was a kit, which was the main reason she became a medicine cat, to impress her dead parents and she thinks hickory will get her name before her, and she'll disappoint her dead parents ;w;

okay now im feeling really bad for briarpaw jeez ;o;

hickorypaw wasn't clan born (she joined the clan as a five moon old kit, and due to being malnourished, she stopped growing after she was six moons old), but maybe at one point after hickorypaw figured out what happened to briar theres a sort of confrontation between them?? (maybe at first this draws some tension between them but after a while things between them calm down?)

a confrontation between the two would prob help solve some of their issues? such as briars burning hate for hickory cx hopefully after they finish butting heads they will become friends and can respect each other? briar is just trying to get through life, and she's supposed to be involved in a forbidden romance which im hyped about, so maybe hickory knows about it and just helps her sneak off, and briar starts liking her once that happens? I just want them to be friends eventually cx

here's a detailed recap since page 15, which is when the Clan left to go to
the Mystic Showers in order to hold a vigil.

Sparrowfeather, Raventail, Stormwatcher carries Marshfall's body to the showers.
Crowpaw listens to Seawhisper's story. Orchidstar finishes talking to Alderdusk.
Wolftail and Icepaw have more romantic moments. Bramblepaw mourns Marshfall.
Seedpaw's backstory: all of her family died. Deereyes flirts with Owlcrest and talks
to his brother. Oneheart argues with Darkbriar. Tigerkit is pretty upset over his m
other leaving after his ceremony. Goldenpaw wants to be alone. Sageheart is lone
ly, been there since Orangepaw became an apprentice.

The Clan watches as Orchidstar almost kills herself by throwing herself in the edg
e of the waterfall, but Marshfall's body is the only thing that falls. (Bodies are sen
t down the waterfall to 'ensure they go to StarClan because the bottom of the pit
is holy') Orchidstar begins to go insane, appoints the new deputy, Littlefinch, and
everyone cheers for him. (He was previously Bumblebee.) The leader then appren
tices Moonkit to Quailcloud, and Tigerkit to _______. This is when she asks Tinyle
  about Hickorypaw, in hopes to maybe..

that'd also provide hickorypaw an understanding of how others feel?? like she's basically "incapable" of understanding others but can perfectly understand herself, so the pair growing closer to eachother would make her feel "humane" for once.

she'll definitely help briarpaw out despite their mutual hate; possibly creating distractions and ways briar can meet with her lover whenever she's caught in a bit of a knot? c':

Ah i'd love for it to happen if you'd like cx briar has to learn how to cope with others, and have an understanding of others other than herself, and she'd ruthlessly defend hickory when so be needed which would be amazing cx

but if you want it so that she situation makes since, then i can age hickorypaw up for you -- i mean it wouldnt make sense for an apprentice that's actually 10 moons to be asked about to their mentor about having a full name, so like yeah

i have no issue with aging her up?
