It finally got out. The public discovered what the goverment had done. They'd been creating.
All those disaperances, all those mysteries, were completly un-coincidental. They had been kidnapping people, and turning them into something else. Not many survived the experiments, mind, not many can still be a few. Some of them embraced what they had become, others put up with it, and there were those who loathed themselves.
Campainers tried to bring the victims immidiately back into society. That plan ended alongside hundreds of lives. So they came up with a plan. Contain them, protect them, and slowly involve them. People could volenteer to meet the select victims, at their own risk. The group would be put into a "normal" eviroment, and try to come together. They were dubbed accordingly.

Strict rules:
~All cs rules apply
~Be nice in OOC
~Be semi-realistic (barring the unusualness of the victims)
~No Rping until accepted by me
~Only mild cussing/swearing allowed
~Put qwerty descretly somewhere in your form to join.
~No killing another character without their player's permission.
~No having relationships/crushes between your own characters.

Failure to comply with these rules and you will be banned from the Rp an reported to the cs staff.

Other rules:
~Keep genders roughly even (no more than two either way).
~No more than two victims per player.
~Don't have more characters than you can handle.
~Make friendships (or something more) and push boundaries!
