Yet he is very observant and understanding. Once one gets to know him, they find that he is the opposite of all this. He enjoys teasing others and using sarcasm. As always he tries not to hurt others' feelings but sometimes he does not know he does it. Arrow prides himself in getting everyone included and treated fairly.
