Lachlan [positive]

carlos likes how lachlan is so carefree and easy-going. he'd be the first guy carlos goes to if he ever needed to have a good laugh by pranking someone. lachlan's optimism and happiness can't help but rub off on carlos, which is a reason why carlos likes to hang around lachlan. however, carlos is well-aware that he's the kind of guy to get into trouble, so when carlos isn't in the mood to deal with teachers he might stand clear. but if lachlan is ever in need, carlos would bail him out.

Jett [positive]

jett seems like the nice and sweet girl who carlos likes spending time with a lot. her cheerfulness complements his earnestness well and so they'd get along very well. he likes how she's kind and sweet and the matching morals of the two would help them get along really well. though she can be irrational, carlos completely understands and he's always willing to help her out. to carlos, jett is like a sister and he trusts her with the problems and issues he's dealing with.

Leonardo [positive]

carlos considers leo one of his greatest friends in school, largely due to the fact that they have similar and strong personalities. leo is someone carlos finds extremely reliable, and he confides in leo. they'd be pretty good friends, especially since carlos understands leo's plight of not being born where he lives, and not feeling like he belongs. leo's charm also makes it really easy for him to be likable in the eyes of carlos, and he'd always look out for leo even though leo's the older of the two.

Jackson [neutral/positive]

carlos likes jackson's easy-going attitude and her strong morals, but somehow he doesn't quite get her and how she's so boyish. he's all about gender equality and he knows that she doesn't have to fit the mould of a typical female, but sometimes he thinks she's trying too hard to be like a boy. they'd get along well, but things might get a little heated if they ever got into an argument because of their stubbornness. still, all in all, carlos considers her a friend.
