He is very talented in the ability to create fire and use it as a weapon, this power is restricted as he cannot use it too often because it takes a lot of energy to control properly. His fire powers may also backfire on him, although this is not common it can cause the fire to burn him if he isn't focused enough.
Skills:
He isn't able to use any weapons other than his fire powers but he works well with computers. He is a skilled hacker and may sometimes accept hacking jobs rather than the usual jobs he does with his powers.
Personality:
Rupert is quiet most of the time, but when he feels the need to speak he won't stop. He can be sarcastic and joke around a lot around the people he trusts, which usually isn't much since he never becomes friends with much people.
