In the north-east of the clan territories, where great woods of tall, strong-scented pines stand, and a frequent colder wind whistles by... that is where PineClan dwells.

Not only are PineClan cats good climbers, they are also stealthy, sneaky and great nightly predators. These traits might be what makes them seem more fearsome and colder than cats from the other clans, but do not fear. There are quite a few very kind cats in PineClan, and the loyalty and pride in their clan runs like blood in their veins.

Talking about their territory, PineClan's territory is naturally dry woodland, but with some moss covering the forest floor these cats walk and hunt on. The woodlands are rich with such prey as squirrels and voles, but if you go further in the direction of a stream, you may even see a fish or two.

But, just for a reminder, it's easy to get lost in this pine forest if you're not a Pineclanner, because Pineclanners know their forest by heart.

◆ PERSONALITY
Patient┇bearing provocation, annoyance, misfortune, delay, hardship, pain, etc., with without complaint.
Oakstar is quite patient and endurant, considering that she's already been able to carry on through lots of pain already, and with the responsibility of leading a whole clan didn't make it any better. But she still goes on no matter what. What she believes in is that life can bring one hardships as much as it can bring them joy, so you just have to bottle it up and go on.
Withdrawn┇formal or self-restrained in manner and relationship; avoiding familiarity or intimacy with others.
It's clear from her formal speech and the tendency to keep distance from others that Oakstar is hiding something inside, which is mostly her feelings. She is the complete opposite of an 'open book' , always putting on a stoic, emotionless expression on her face, despite her emotions inside.
Sarcastic┇having a dry sense of humor, characterized by harsh or bitter derision or irony.
If there is a way Oakstar shows emotions to others, it's her sarcasm. She is prone to making bitter remarks about her surroundings and other cats, which often slip past the ears of many, making them think she, in fact, isn't dissatisfied with said things.
Strained┇not relaxed; tense.
One might not notice it, but Oakstar's always up on her toes, being cautious about nearly everything around her. This can be good, considering that way she won't make reckless decisions for her clan, but at the same time, it makes her tense and stressed. She isn't entirely sure whether she should trust certain cats or not, and keeps them at a safe distance.
Judgmental┇of or denoting an attitude in which judgments about other people's conduct are made.
Courtesy of the upbringing of her rather bigoted uncle Thornstar, Oakstar has deeply rooted judgment towards clans other than PineClan in her blood. She finds it hard to correct those opinions, and most of the time she's oblivious to why they'd be wrong or unnecessary. She simply grew up with those opinions, and doesn't see why she should change them.
Protective┇giving or capable of giving protection.
Despite her judgmental nature and other flaws, it's clear just how much Oakstar cares for her clan. She is ready to lay down her life for it whenever possible. She swore to be a much better leader than Thornstar, and she clings onto this goal no matter what. This protectiveness extends to those few cats she personally loves as well, as she's always concerned about their well-being just as much as she's concerned for Pineclan's well-being.

Others call her shy but Palepaw doesn't have trouble meeting people and actually enjoys being around other cats. She would just rather be around nature where it is peaceful and quiet. Palepaw is also very calm for her age; the other apprentices she usually hangs around are bouncing off of the walls and shouting to each other across the camp but not Palepaw.

Appearance: Patchpaw is a short-hair calico with yellow-green eyes with pink pawpads and a pink nose. She is lean and a bit shorter than your average cat.
Personality: Patchpaw is a laid-back cat, and one to often gently tease her family and friends. She's pretty friendly, often approaching other cats herself to meet them. However, be warned: Patchpaw tends to use sarcasm a lot, and if a cat doesn't realize that she's being sarcastic, she'll often use more sarcasm, which leaves that cat she's talking to confused. Patchpaw enjoys hunting, but she isn't a fan of fighting especially since she isn't very skilled in it. Sure, she can dodge blows fine, but she isn't good at dealing ones that will really leave much of a mark. Patchpaw isn't exactly a fan of cleaning the elders' den, but she doesn't mind it as much as most since she likes to listen to stories.
Backstory: Patchpaw and her brother, Spiderpaw, are the kits of Brightfur and Antfoot, who were both clanborn. Brightfur died from when they were late into kithood, but Antfoot is still alive. [Sorry about my backstory shortness... it tends to be my least favorite part of forms, and it shows.]
Family: Father - Antfoot, Mother - Brightfur [deceased], Brother - Spiderpaw
Relationships: She doesn't have any crushes/good friends yet, but that will likely change when the actual role-playing starts.

Appearance: Spiderpaw is a short-haired black and white cat with yellow eyes and a pink nose and pawpads with a mix of black and pink. Like his sister, he is lean and shorter than your average cat.
Personality: Spiderpaw is a very trusting cat, which can be a good thing or a fault. He's a bit on the timid side, tending to be quick to flee, which is partly why he's a medicine cat apprentice, the other is that he just enjoys healing cats. He doesn't so well under pressure, which he needs to work on for when cats could potentially die from their illnesses or wounds. He's very eager to learn and help, trying hard to do the best he can as a medicine cat apprentice. Spiderpaw shares his sister's interest in stories.

Appearance: Antfoot is a short-haired black and white cat with green eyes and a black nose and pawpads with a mix of pink and black. He's lean, but unlike his kits, he's average height.
Personality: Antfoot follows orders without question, as he trusts his leader's word. However, he can work himself too hard, not admitting when he's taking on more work he can handle and staying in a fight longer than he probably should. He's very honest, which is sometimes a good thing, but it makes him not exactly a very encouraging cat at times. Antfoot is a patient cat and good at keeping his cool in bad situations.
Backstory: Antfoot was born to a molly named Raventail and a tom named Sedgeheart, both of which have died. His mother died in a battle when he was an apprentice, while his father died of illness [different from the one Brightfur died of] when he was a young warrior. He became good friends with Brightfur, Brightpaw at the time, late into his apprenticeship and they became acquainted when she became an apprentice halfway into his. They became mates not too long after she became a warrior.
