H I S T O R Y

Odette was once just a pretty angel living among the gods. She was a servant to them, there to provide entertainment and tend to their needs. It wasn't much of a life, and as she was immortal it grew boring. She started doing mischievous things, sleeping with other gods and slipping things into drink's. One mistake, and she was caught. Odette had been mixing in a drug into one of the major god's drinks, when another servant came to tell her he no longer wanted the drink. The other servant could smell the drug in the air, and straight to court she was sent. They didn't even bother trialling her, they unfairly sentenced her with treason and she was stripped of her immortality and banished to the human world. Unfortunately, she was dumped near a science facility that tested and created mutations and super naturals, and they captured her immediately.

P E R S O N A L I T Y

Odette is a bit of a loose cannon. She is unstable and very indecisive, most would call her very reckless. Her lying skills are very impressive and she is quite cunning when it comes to getting what she wants. Originally she wanted to use her carer as a way to escape, but then slowly she realises she's falling in love. Odette hates love and won't believe it, yet hard as she tries she can't hide it. She was a total player in the immortal world, believing that being tied to one person is an awful thing, but sometimes she finds herself wondering if it might actually be quite nice. Odette acts on a whim and doesn't think before she thinks, anything she does is never wrong, it's always the other person's fault. However, what Odette loves, she cares for fiercely, and will do anything within her power to protect.

H I S T O R Y

Thornstar's name used to be Thornclaw before he was made leader. For many years he felt like he was an outcast amongst his clan mates because he was not born to one of their queens. Instead, he was born to a lone she-cat, however his father had been a warrior. When he was old enough to walk his mother dumped him outside MossClan's entrance, where his father had found him the next morning. The clan grudgingly accepted him, and he was placed with one of the older queens who was currently pregnant with kits. His father stayed with the clan until he became Thornpaw, before disappearing from a hunting patrol one day, one of the other members reporting he seemed to be following a lone she-cat's scent. The loss of a warrior is always hard in a clan, but loyalty was most important. Thornstar's apprenticeship days were average, he picked up the hunting skill fast, but had to work a bit harder for battle skills. Time and time again he proved his loyalty to the clan, yet he never felt like he belonged. It wasn't till he became a warrior called Thornclaw that he felt like he'd really been accepted, and he loves clan life now. He had mentored one apprentice before becoming deputy, but since then has not. He is young for a leader, however he is a mature tom and still fit enough to run the clan.

P E R S O N A L I T Y

Thornstar is a very bright, strategic leader, always cool, calm and collected. He's very good at hiding his emotions, and tries his hardest not to mix his personal feelings with the good of the clan. Thornstar is mature beyond his years, which makes up for his lack of experience, but one of his weaknesses is his trust. He knows first-hand how it feels to be left out and unwelcome, being born to a loner and a warrior who left his clan, so he is sometimes a little too accepting and trusting. However, he respects his deputy's opinions a lot, so if the deputy speaks to him about worry's over Thornstar's actions, the leader will definitely think about it and most likely stop what he was doing. Thornstar's battle strategies are always well-thought out and more often than not work, but his preferred way to deal with issues is through calm communication. He is fiercely loyal to his clan, and is a good listener, and even though he is the leader of the clan, he respects every member equally, which many cat's respect him for.

Larkfeather was born into the world on a pretty new-leaf day when there was a gentle breeze blowing through the camp and the clan had just started to wake up and prepare for the day. The warriors had heard her mother's yowling and came to see if anything was wrong, but as they got there a little tabby kit was lying beside her mother, suckling against her stomach. As her father exited the den a lark bird must have flown past, because a couple of feathers fell and landed on his nose. The kit was still not named, so her father rushed back into the den and asked to call her Larkkit. Jayfeather's mother thought it was a beautiful name, and that's how Larkfeather was named. She had a standard apprenticeship, showing her loyalty and speed due to her litheness, and has only recently settled into her warrior duties. Larkfeather wishes to some day have a mate and kits, but as of now is determined to make a name for herself within the clan due to her service and loyalty. She would also love to have an apprentice someday.

P E R S O N A L I T Y

Larkfeather is a young cat, and quite often acts like it. She's bubbly, friendly, happy and a bit mischievous at times, but aren't all young warriors? She is one of those cats that will talk to anyone, and even doesn't mind listening to the elders reminisce about their time in the clan. A huge part of her personality is her huge heart. She loves every cat young and old, and treats everyone fairly. Larkfeather loves the idea of being a mentor, and having kits and a mate appeal greatly to her as well, however she doesn't want to be a queen straight from apprenticeship, but would rather show her worth and gain trust and prestige within the clan first. Because she is so happy and fun, Larkfeather doesn't understand when other cat's don't want to play or insult her. She's very bad at reading signals, and to get her to stop fooling around and be serious you quite literally have to pin her down and snarl in her face. That might be a bit extreme, but she's so full of life its hard to get her to pay attention to the more brooding matters.

Leafcloud was born into the clan like a regular warrior to father Lionfang (the deputy) and mother Redclaw. They were two very strong warriors with high expectations for Leafcloud, as she was the only surviving kit. Her siblings Poppykit and Tawnykit were both still-born, so she grew up in the nursery as the only young kit, and when she was older she was friends with the apprentices, always pushing herself to be as strong and fast as them. She was halfway through her apprenticeship when an awful bout of green-cough flooded the camp, and both her parents ended up leaving for StarClan. Leafcloud was devastated and vowed to do her parents proud and become the strongest warrior in the clan. She has had two previous apprentices, however one of them died in a freak accident, which made Leafcloud even more protective of her clan. When the old deputy retired to become an elder, she was shocked to get picked, however she does her best everyday, and has her heart set on leadership some day.

P E R S O N A L I T Y

Leafcloud is a rather serious she-cat, with a strong mind and knowing what she wants. She is a natural leader and cats respect her for her strength and loyalty to the clan. She's not afraid to tell a cat off, and has massive respect for the leader. Aside from her serious, deputy-side she can be fun and energetic when she thinks nobody is watching, and sometimes she lets it show from time to time. Her judgement is usually true and clear, however when it comes to love it scares her as she has no control. Leafcloud is one of the cats that will beat herself up over issues she can't control, and takes everything very seriously. Apprentices often don't want to her to mentor them as she has the reputation of being strict and hard-working, but once she gets attached to the apprentice she softens a bit and forms a great bond.

Evan's personality is similar to that of the beast inside him. It was one of the reasons his parents put him forward for the testing. He's graceful and sure-footed, has a good sense of humour and is very athletic and fit. Although he doesn't usually make the joke, he will laugh with others and isn't too serious about jokes. All his life he has been graceful and calculative with his movements, always confident he wouldn't trip or lose his balance. Before he was abducted he was a bit of a jock, playing and being the best at multiple sports. Because of this it would make sense that he was a player, and all the girls liked him, but that is quite the opposite. At first they were attracted to him, he was pretty good looking, fit and strong, but his nerves always got the best of him. No matter how hard he tries, his tongue gets twisted, his face goes bright red, he can't hold a conversation and the girl loses interest or uses him to get to his friends.

When you first meet Evan he is quite shy and reserved, letting his friends do the talking for him. While being shy, he may come across stiff and mean, but once he relaxes around you his sense of humour will come through. With girls, it will take way longer for him to settle down around, could take up to a year. And well, there's no hope for a normal conversation if he really likes the girl. One of the traits he acquired through the change in his DNA was his independence. Before he was changed he had relied on his other jock friends, seeing as his relationship with his family was non-existent. Now he felt content to be by himself, and didn't particularly rely on the group for his survival. Don't get him wrong, he definitely liked living with the group, and he had made some friends, but he will often go for walks alone to clear his mind and get rid of the solitary urge his jaguar encourages.

The last part of Evan's personality is the not so nice stuff. Another reason girls don't particularly like him is because of his mood swings. One minute he'll be laughing and okay to be around, the next he'll be wanting to be left alone and snap at everyone. His mood is always unpredictable, and it drives most people insane. The next two traits are one he had before his gene change, but they are now so much more prominent and strong. To most people's surprise he cares deeply about his dignity and tries his hardest to keep a clear head, sometimes his ferociousness gets in the way and he'll snap. If Evan is annoyed, he'll take himself away from the cause of irritation to try and cool down, giving him a passive aggressive nature. However, if he is continually provoked he will lose control and snap, or worst case scenario change into a jaguar, and you'd better run! Although he is solitary by nature, he is fiercely protective of his fellow experiments, even the ones he doesn't really know or like.

All his life, Evan has always been distant from his parents. He always felt he was worthless, a mistake, unloved and a nuisance. His escape from the negativity at home was sport. In his first year of high school he was already muscular and tall, and one of his P.E teachers got him to join the basketball team. Quickly he grew skilled and went from the C team to the A team after a month. He was constantly working out at home, running, jumping, practicing with a ball, anything he could to become the best. After he had a taste of that he soon picked up other sports such as football, cricket, athletics, swimming and various other ones. He was a respected captain of many teams, but he never once had a girlfriend. Sure, he was flirted with and sought after, but once a girl realised how awkward and flustered he was, they left and were never interested again. Even though he went on a couple of dates that totally failed, there was always one girl he wished he could get to know called Tiffany. She was constantly on his mind, and any contact with her was worse than anyone else. When he was nineteen and in his first year at University studying Health Sciences, his parents had heard of a facility wanting test subjects. They had just gone completely broke, and decided to basically sell their son to the facility. Evan hasn't and never will forgive his parents for what they condemned him to. He was the second person to be taken, and some parts of his time there are clouded with just the feeling of intense, hallucinating pain and people with white masks. He grew close with Dev, the first one in the facility, and watched as others were brought in. His heart shattered as the last girl to be experimented came in. It was Tiffany, the girl he had had a crush on for the past two years. So badly he wanted to comfort her and help her through the pain, but he couldn't even look at her without going a bright red. When he was dumped in the forest he didn't take long to settle in. Anything was better than the facility.

Devlin was the only other person before him in the facility. Together they faced the struggles against the experiments, and to Evan he thought they got the worst treatment to everyone else. They were the original two, so many trial and errors were done to them, but they stuck together and got through it. Evan likes how Dev takes control and is a natural leader, as he hates to make decisions that affect everyone and would much rather follow a plan. Even though Dev is arrogant and stubborn at times, Evan is willing to wait for the moment to pass, and likes how Dev always makes him feel more confident.

Jennifer was the third one put in the facility, so Evan has known her the second longest, next to Dev. He always feels like he's being judged for everything he does, but respects her for her "big sister" like qualities, as she creates a homely feeling among the camp. He likes her patient and intelligent qualities, and would like to know her better. Jen is so far the only girl his tongue isn't totally tied around.

Mia is quite neutral to Evan. Sometimes he feels that she is over-confident and her sneaky and mischievous ways tend to get on his nerves. Other than that he doesn't really know her, and is too shy/awkward to know her better.

Cian. The bear is the only one in the camp Evan doesn't get along with. His sarcastic and aggressive nature really sets him off, so he usually tries to avoid contact with him.

Aelina is one of Evan's friends. He enjoys her company, loyalty and tenacious nature however sometimes he questions her impulsive actions. Sometimes the jaguar in him shies away from the canine but he can usually push the urge away. At the beginning of their conversation he is very short and awkward, but he finds it easier to relax with Aelina than other girls.

Maximum is hit and miss. Evan appreciates his resourcefulness, agility and jokes, but isn't in favour of his unmotivated tendencies. Often he will find himself having to really push or even threaten to get the coyote to help out, but toher than that thinks he's an okay guy.

Eleni is fairly neutral to Evan. Her elegance and passion impresses him, and her protectiveness is a quality he likes. Evan respects how she is a solitary feline like him, and can relate to her in many ways. He doesn't really know her, and she sometimes intimidates him and talking with her doesn't come naturally and he is rather tongue-tied.

Lyren is in a positive light with Evan. He appreciates his wisdom, thoughtfulness and need of a plan, and doesn't think the camp would run as smoothly without him. Evan doesn't really talk to Lyren, but when he does it's usually positive.

Tiffany. The lioness has had Evan's heart for quite awhile now. He knew her before the facility and was more than devastated to see she had the same fate as him. He knows for a fact that she will most likely never have feelings for an awkward bloke like him, but that doesn't stop him from liking her. His tongue forgets how to work around her and he's the clumsiest he's ever been around her. Evan wishes he knew her better, but is too shy to really talk. Her reckless, adventurous nature intrigues him, and he respects her short temper. Aside from his feelings for her he likes that she is also a fellow feline.

Meet Ana. She's a driven, hard-working, dedicated girl with big dreams. Her parents aren't the most happy pair, married but not very close. Their one main thing that keeps them together is their daughter Anastasia, who's their pride and joy. Both parents were professional dancers before having a child, and they expect the same for their daughter. Ana grew up doing all disciplines of dance; tap, jazz, ballet, hip hop, contemporary, lyrical, ballroom, and two years of rhythmic gymnastics to help her gain flexibility. Dance was put over her education, and at the age of 10 her parents decided to home-school her. The only friends she had were those at her dance school, but she was okay with that. At the age of 14 she had decided that ballet was going to be the path she took, and dropped all other disciplines of dance except for contemporary and lyrical to work seven days a week on ballet.

At the age of 16 she made it into a known but not prestigious ballet school, which she was happy with and got the lead in their show of Swan Lake. After a taste of the role of a Prima Ballerina, she was surer than ever that ballet was the career she wanted. Sadly, she became obsessed with her weight and food, slowly becoming anorexic. Her mother noticed in the early stages however, and soon Ana was back on track with her career.

She tried many times to get into prestigious schools, academies and shows, but she was always too young or turned down. At last, at the extremely young age of 17, she made it into one of the most prestigious academies in the world, in England.

Meet Princess Catriona Donella Beitris Lindsey of Scotland. That of course, is only her full name. She would much rather be called just Catriona or Cat, as she knows her name is quite a mouthful at the best of times. She has six younger sisters, as she is the eldest, and therefore she is currently next in line to rule Scotland. Her mother died when she was seven years old, and the grief has stuck with her while she grew up. She died during the childbirth of her third child, so Cat only has one full-blooded sister. Her father, the king, has had two wives since then, and Catriona took it upon herself to look after all of her sisters. The king is getting old now however, and has stopped having children as far as Cat knows, and as there are no male heirs, the kingdom will go to Princess Catriona.

All her life she has been dutiful and polite, being kind to everyone and making sure the Scottish royals were seen in a positive light by their subjects, and she always took in her sisters, even though they had different mothers. When she was younger her bond with her mother was incredibly close, as she'd sneak Catriona into the woods, or to the lake, or sometimes even the mountains. The skills she taught Cat were all unique, and she would never have learnt them otherwise. Archery, horse riding and swimming were among these, but a tragic accident where the princess nearly drowned quickly put an end to her swimming, and brought on a fear of water.

One thing she will most likely never tell anyone, is she has loved and had her heart broken before. When she was 15 she had a "thing" with one of her father's servants sons. They fooled around together for a year, and Catriona was so sure they were meant to be together, but when the boy turned 16, he left Scotland without saying good-bye, and like that her heart was broken. She sees the island as a way to make the thought of love positive again, as she believes in true love, and will do everything in her power for it.
