Power: The ability to "see" into the future, past, and present, as well as the ability to communicate with ancestral spirits.
Limits and Capabilities: At first, his visions come randomly and come very strong. When they occur he has an almost seizure-like experience and afterwords he needs a while to recover. As he learns to control his powers, he can reduce the level of the attacks but he still experiences some sort of shaking or shivers. As for his ancestral spirit speaking, it occurs pretty much without his choosing. Every once in a while he starts hearing things, and it takes a lot of focus to be able to hear things on purpose.

History (besides the already known part): After being dropped on Earth, Syeira was quickly picked up by a fortune teller from the circus. He spent most of his early years living with a traveling troupe wanted for their constant stealing and fraud. At one point, the law got so close to capturing them that the ringmaster decided to disband the caravan and left most of the children in the group at an orphanage. Syeira, about four at the time, was still very impressionable and thus was quickly adopted by a newly widowed, lonely older woman. The older woman paid for private tutors for Syeira, and only very recently allowed him to go to public schooling. He's still very new when it comes to interacting with those his age, but he's already got a strong sense of good and bad and a peacemaker's attitude that are sure to help him along the way.

Riya is the picture perfect emotional roller-coaster of fire, of which the irony is far from lost on her. She's outgoing and social, but only to a tee. After then, she can be moody and snappish, her tongue quick and her temper hot. Some consider her a brave and adventurous soul, and while that may be true, many people only consider it as her lack of thought and overall bullheadedness in the first place. She holds her head high on her shoulders, and with a stiff backbone also comes the pride. Riya can be nice, and even a friend- if and when you manage to slow her down a bit. If not, she takes things at about a dozen a minute, never time for anything other than what she's currently tackling. Her emotions can swing like a pendulum, and having a hard-to-control ability only adds to her overall explosiveness.

With her snide, often unruly behavior and tendency of a quick and red-hot temper, Riya wasn't exactly the first pick out of the adoption system that she was planted into upon her arrival. Instead, she jumped from foster house to foster house as she grew, attending school as normally as possible without much of a care in the world. Although she hasn't had the best upbringing or childhood, she has long since come to terms with her lack of a firm family, and isn't one to be sour about it.

HＩＳＴＯＲＹ/PＥＲＳＯＮＡＬＩＴＹ
Dylan was three years old when he was adopted. He was taken into the care of a man and wife who had always wanted a child but who had been unable to produce one. While his adoptive parents loved him dearly, he was in no way spoiled. They were strict about manners, morals and discipline, punishing him when they felt he deserved it. It may be because of the way that he was brought up that he is so trustworthy, possessing a strong ability to keep a secret should he need to which is not often, as he prefers to keep to himself instead of mix with others. As Dylan grew he decided that emotions weren't that important to portray and begun to bury his emotions inside him. He's not in any way emotionless, he just prefers to bury his feelings under a mask of calmness. Dylan does nothing without thinking of the consequences of what could happen. He's not one to just rush into things or just go with the flow, he has to quickly but carefully plan out any action before he does it.
ＰＯＷＥＲＳ／ＬＩＭＩＴＡＴＩＯＮＳ
Dylan possesses the power to control water. He can breathe normally under water, however it does feel slightly uncomfortable after a long period of time. Water can also heal some minor injuries, like cuts or bruises however if he lost a limb the water would not be able to regrow it for him no matter how long he stays in there hoping it will. If there is a small amount of water (at least a small puddle) already there Dylan can duplicate it and produce more water. He can also produce spurts of water and move water through the air using hand gestures. Water can talk to Dylan. He can find out anything from who has had contact with the water recently to where the water has been by listening to the whispered voices of streams, rivers and occasionally puddles. To speak to the water takes a lot of concentration and usually leaves him with a harsh headache. Most of his powers, with the exceptions of a few leave him feeling tired and drained. However as his body gradually adapts to using his powers it is likely they will get easier and have less ill effects on his body.
