The bitter cold winds blow incredibly hard. You feel as though nothing can save you, until you see a cat with long thick fur come up to you. He says, "Greetings, I am Rainstar. You are obviously not a clan cat, you don't have any scents on you. If you wish to join one of the clans, I suggest looking around before you do. You are in SnowClan territory currently. We are the lynxes of the mountains. Our thick fur keeps us warm. Follow the Ice Golem's River downstream until the snow ends, there you will enter MountainClan territory. I must warn you, Marigoldstar is a bit of a hothead, but she can be quite nice."
You follow the river, which is lined with statues carved out of ice, until the snow starts to melt and the river comes into a lake. You start taking a drink of water until you are pinned down by a cougar. He says "Who are you!?" suddenly a sweet voice says "Chestnutwing, stop." the cougar gets off you and as you get up you see a beautiful cougar. The male cougar says "But Marigoldstar-" the she-cat says "Enough! He is simply a wandering rouge. SnowClan warriors are respectful of the boundaries. May I ask if you are planning to join the clans? Oh, you are? Well, you really should consider joining MountainClan, we really are the best. But if you don't think you're suited for us, you might want to look down at DesertClan's territory. Boulderstar lives up to his name, his head is as thick as a boulder. But he's very kind and boisterous."
You make your way across the lake to the desert on the other side. You look around, there doesn't seem to be any life for miles. Actually, that's not true, you see a large buff bobcat. He walks up to you and asks "Who you? Me Boulderstar, lead DesertClan." You start to think of what Marigoldstar told you. Boulderstar obviously wasn't intelligent, which would make communication a little hard. You explain to him why you're traveling the territories and he says "Ah, you look for home! DesertClan nice place, good prey, few harm things. But hot here, go see JungleClan if looking for cooler place to live."
You go in the way that Boulderstar directed you. You come to what appears to be the sea. across the water is a thick jungle. You go into it and come across a jaguar. He walks up to you and says "You must be the traveler I've heard about. I am Plumstar, leader of JungleClan. If you are looking for a home, you may live here."
