Actually, I've looked it up. They don't seem to be owned by anyone, but are specifically designed for mages only. Probably because normal people would be better of using a horse-drawn carriage. The magic vehicles do consume a lot of the user's magic energy, so normal people could, at best, make it halfway to a nearby city. There's a reason they send for the help of mages, and that is because normal people don't know how to channel magic well. It takes years of practice that they don't have.

Techno-Angel is a magic form unique to a select few. It is similar to archive, but far from it. It takes the form of a 'halo', though the shape of this halo differs on the user. Using this halo, the user can perform many tasks that an archive mage can, though they can use the halo as an offensive/defensive tactic as well.

Aura is an eye magic. Using this the users can see the aura's of others, using it to detect the nature of their magic.

Aera is the same magic used by exceeds. This magic allows her to sprout an angelic pair of wings.
