indie ingrid is one of darcy's closest friends, so its no doubt he loves her a lot and basically does most things asked of him (which is how he ended up going on this trip.) he likes when indie tags along with him and river when they go do something crazy, because darcy likes spending time with her. once she finds out about grant and lauren, however, darcy will try and do anything and everything to cheer her up. // close friends

beck as different as these two may seem, darcy views and treats him like a brother. he tries to have beck loosen up from time to time and drag him along to whatever event he was doing that day, but darcy knows that danger isn't exactly this boy's thing. other than that, he enjoys talking with him to pass time. // brotherly

river river is darcy's best friend, he rarely goes anywhere without her following behind him. he's also known her the longest out of the bunch, and they go all the way back to elementary school. this girl is everything to darcy, even when they argue, because neither of them can stay mad at one another for long. he gladly offers to do whatever stunt they have planned first because he doesn't need her getting injured. but recently darcy found himself getting flustered easily and zoning out, basically staring at her. he would hate to ruin their friendship by being rejected for these feelings, so he normally keeps them bottled up. // best friends, crush

lauren darcy and lauren don't talk as much as they might with other people, but darcy still considers them to be somewhat close. but her childishness does tend to bother him on rare occasions. he does think that lauren having feelings for grant isn't exactly a good thing. // friends

grant darcy likes how laid back grant can be, even though he isn't the best at doing so. darcy also likes listening to him play guitar and thinks he is very good at what he does. but like lauren, they do not talk as much as they would with others in their group. but after he breaks things off with indie for her best friend, darcy wouldn't be too fond of him. // friend/neutral
