HistoryThe history of the Totem necklace is mostly unknown, each elder tells the tale differently. But it is based of what the Native American tribes and Australian Aborigiese believed, and they believed that every human is connected spiritually with another being( eg. animal). A spiritual connection to an animal is showed by the personality of a human matching charicteristics of such an animal and have the same strengths weaknesses as the animal. Not much is known about why the modern day tribes adopted this custom, but some say that the first tribe leader had a dream of a hawk guiding him through the Forrest whispering secrets to him. Revealing to him the perfect way of life, and that this leader took on the words of the bird creating the custom of the totem neacklaces in honour of that dream.
CampThe tribe of Ruins camp is situated inside an old broken shopping mall, this building has 4 floors with each of the old shop outlets serve as rooms for the tribesmen and women as well as store rooms, each floor can over look the next with broken barriers that used to serve as protection. Bottom floor of the building is where the main campfire is located it is like this because there is barely anything left of what used to be a glass roof so the smoke can freely travel upwards. Also on this level is wepon and food storage along with the healers treatment rooms/home and the Elders all have their homes on the bottom floor. The second floor like the rest of the building is pretty damages but consists of mainly warriors and hunters homes each with material draped over the entrances to act as a door for each home. The third floor is mostly to damaged to house many members but this floor is where the learners live. The top floor contains only one large room which belongs to the leader of the tribe where he/she can hold meetings and personal living space
