personality-- He has an original, unique way of viewing the world around him and doesn't like the traditions of the factions. Mike, as he likes to be called, is a people-person- most likely because he doesn't judge other's opinions. But he definitely has some cons. He can't say no...to anything and doesn't think ahead. He's got a stiff personality but takes random risks whenever he feels like it. This makes him appear very careless. He also is very controlling, mostly just because he's insecure. He's upset about his place in life- his faction. He doesn't belong anywhere, it seems.
history-- Mike was born to a very powerful, well-educated Erudite family. But he's always felt like an orphan among them. He has six siblings, and none he has a good relationship with. It's not surprising. He'd always dressed modestly in the royal blue but is actually fairly good-looking for an Erudite. He once got grounded for telling his parents he believed in faith more than science. That was the first thing he remembered that he really hated. He had friends in Erudite and people really liked him- but, after that, he couldn't make it feel like home.

The first 'risk' he took was playing with matches. He actually set his house on fire, kills his twin sister. This was when he realized how dangerous- how Dauntless- he might be. It was in the news and everything. He was famous for manslaughter at the age of ten.

Rebellious, the books he brought to school were typically religious despite his parent's disapproval. This meant his teachers also hated him. They ignored him in class and his school day's were riddled with hatred and rumors. He was a nice kid but while he had friends, it was usually because if his parent's power and they whispered behind his back about how he was a murderer who didn't belong. This was when he decided- he was going to get to Dauntless as soon as he could.

His last fight with his parents was over keeping a dog he had found. They argued a fish was a more 'practical pet.'
His story begins with him attempting to run away, angry enough to lose patience and escape before the initiation process and before his aptitude test.

this snake-like build is pulled taut with strong runner's muscles, an lean build adorned with a coupling of a fighter's benefits. sleek and slim, it winds with length and elegance, power evident in her every move, yet controlled and tucked away under a rippling layer of scaled human skin. she has the form of one who can run for miles, resembling some form of snake or eastern dragon in her supple, streamline shape. with long legs and thin appendages, she does not fit " brutish " at all, rather a spy or a rogue as opposed to a full frontal warrior. sidelines as opposed to front lines.

she coats this sneaky form in tar, coal, ash, or dirt like war paint. she paints herself too dark to be seen in the night. to put it simply and in easy terms, she is jet black, like the heart of the darkest sinner, or the pitch part of a shadow. She wears rich, black leather, unstained. it is a solid coat, perfect and pristine and glossy, reflecting the sunlight in patterns of dancing night. short, low maintenance and adding to her flowing look, these unblemished garments create a constant appearance of mystery, her lengthy limbs and supple stature now appearing like a black bullet as opposed to just a thin runner's skeleton.

her eyes are like warning lights, like the sun, like a burning sphere of golden hope. they are a bright and sturdy yellow, swimming with a mix of golds and daffodils. rounded and curved at the top and bottom, but narrowed into points at the edges, they speak of danger. they are signs that allude to her potential, stopping cavalry charges and full-scale riots in some cases, and rallying them up in others. beacons that flash in the dark of the aphotic sea that is the rest of her, to alert others of her presence as a living being and not just a shadow. one minute they hold warmth and then -- gone, like the wind. perhaps that resembles her. who knows?

* PERSONALITY
good god, where to start? this is one egotistical, fiery little spark. a bit of a spitfire, but not in the bouncy, extroverted, chatty way. she doesn't have to speak to put forwards her evident traits, now, does she? truth be told, Ana only says what she needs to say. she isn't a chatterbox, no; she states whatever is on her mind in the fewest amount of words she can. she's sufficient and efficient, and wouldn't waste all too much oxygen on blabbing and blabbing like some people do. she's more likely to concentrate on bettering herself, focusing on becoming the best at whatever she can be. never deterred by failure, she is progressive and driven, always focusing on the possibilities of success. desiring power, she takes leadership in her stride, and whilst solo work is all good, she shows her best sides when controlling a small (or large) group. wickedly intelligent, she doesn't miss a thing, with a critical eye and an honest tongue -- though she's charming enough to sugarcoat sometimes, darling.

competitive, she wants to win everything. she does not stop until she comes out on top and embodies the " try, try again " mindset perfectly. ambitious and big-thinking, she has important plans in store for her future and the desire to go out and grab exactly what she wants. she doesn't like being talked down to, and sets her sights on being in a position where she simply cannot be talked down to. she loves to be in control, she loves power, she loves authority. she is an independent soul, she does not like hiding behind the legs of others. she'd rather stand there and command a situation herself, knowing just what she wants and how to get it. though, this does not make her formal. she is a casual and informal lass, she does not speak with uptight mannerisms, as eloquent as she is. she does not " sir " and " ma'am " people, she states it simply and speaks as she believes people deserve to be spoken to.

though she is not the perfect little seeker-star, no. Ana is named after turmoil for a reason. she grows into it. that ambition can be seen as power-lust, and she is devious, unafraid of turning to manipulation or violence to achieve glory. a thief, she may take what she wants when she wants without permission, and when it suits her, she can be a destructive force, discarding morals and mercy for triumph. she is willing to turn a conversation into a bloodbath if she spies a prize, and she holds little remorse when this happens.

she's a proud creature, changeable, too. flexible and able to warp herself to any situation, if there's one thing ana is, above anything else or any label, it's a survivor.

deserve it. He also can't work with structure and routine so he often ends his days of classes at Hogwarts mad and frustrated. Tristan can also be greedy at times.
History; Tristan had a very interesting life. He didn't get out much actually. His parents were wizards but criminals. They lived in a forest, using their powers to rob muggles until they were taken to Azkaban. Now Tristan lives in that shadow on his own. He had five siblings but was separated from all of them. One older brother and a younger sister followed in his parents footsteps. The others just kept their distance. He thinks of them as acquaintances more than siblings.

On the better side, he's really helpful and selfless so perhaps he isn't a bad choice for a leader after all. History; Nothing...exciting ever happened in her life. Her parents were poor Kansas farmers. She had two younger brothers she never cared much about, and two older sisters, one only a half-sister who was killed in a car accident at fifteen. Her first experience with death. But she was never close with her siblings, her other sister she never even liked. She felt heartless, as her family was in tears over the loss and she didn't feel affected at all.
