@Need for speed- I'm not a mod or anything, nor am I trying to be rude honestly. But I think the reason she/he isn't accepting your forms is because in the rules she said no anime, and your forms contain anime.
@Cam E. Leon- I'm not really sure why she isn't accepting your forms, the only thing I can think of for you to do is to private message her about it? I hope this helps you get accepted.

Adam is, to say the least, and odd person. He is playful and hyper, but is a bit of an emotional roller coaster. He is prone to mood swings, nothing serious, but he's a very emotional person. He is always thinking of things, never ever sitting still.
History:
Adam was born into a small Welsh/English family. He grew up on a small sheep farm, with two little sisters. He attended a private school in the near town, and had a pretty happy childhood. Although he was an odd child, he was also a happy one. When he was twelve, however, his parents died in an accident, which he really doesn't like to talk about. After that, him and his sisters were sent to America to live with a distant aunt, but were quickly taken out of the home, as she could not take care of them. His sisters were put into a foster home, and he spent time in the foster system, before being adopted by a young couple. He now lives with them on a small ranch, where he helps take care of the animals.
