Forms are up on the first page- they are place holders, though. Sebastian's will be fixed to fit the rp & replaced with nicer coding, and Jeremiah's will be finished & replaced as well. ^^

I'll do that tonight after my siblings leave[shouldn't be more than two hours] & put up a post.
