controls the light of the moon, narrowing it into beams hot as those of the sun, easily burning through any armor. She can alos use the moons light to create pair of wings. She can also control ice, and uses it to create shards of ice filled with super hot moonlight, that can kill if aimed at the right spot. She is immune to anyone else with powers like hers.
Personality
Very shy, and usually talks in sign language, which she finds easier then talking to another. She is not easily frightned despite her shy nature, and if you anger her(which is very unlikely, she isnt tenpermental) she will attack. She is a light eater, alwasy wanting to be able to battle without cramps. She is very agile, and perfers running then flying or driving. Once you get to know her, she is kind, and always very helpful. She is quite funny, but dosent like jokes.

She grew up in a french government facility. She was nocturnal, and that gained her the name Clair lune(moonlight). She was injected with several chemicals by the time she was six, one even freezing her. Once she survived the freezing, she gained control over the ice, and trained with it in her cell when she was alone. At the age of 8 she injected with some sort of chemical that she could not name. It allowed her to absorb energy from any light source, and since she only ever saw the moon from her room, she absorbed the moonlight, and gained control over its beams as well, using them to make her wings so she could get the excersise she was never permissed to have. She bided her time, waiting until she was 16 before actually using her powers against someone, breaking out of her prison when a scientist came in to inject her with an acid chemical. She fled france, using her wings to come to america
