◤ xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ◥tarquin macarthur is the sixth-year ravenclaw prefect.
he comes from a wizarding family: his father is a muggle-
born wizard, while his mother is a half-blood. tar is the
oldest of three siblings. his younger sisters are both en-
rolled in hogwarts; one is a fifth year, while the other is
a third year. both of them are in gryffindor, like his pa-
rents were. tar is the only one in his family to attend hog-
warts and not be in the courageous house. while in other
families, tar might be branded as a coward, his parents
did no such thing; rather, they appreciated their son's in-
telligence, and were thrilled when he received the letter
proclaiming him prefect. in general, tar tries to stay out
of inter-house drama. unfortunately for him, as prefect,
he's inevitably caught up in it; while mostly successful in
his efforts to stick with his numerous friends and avoid
the worst of it, he sometimes ends up right in the middle
of conflicts like this one. the inter-house prefect war will
test tar's patience and generally friendly attitude. and be-
cause he's a ravenclaw, tar worries that it might end up
interfering with his studies. if anything in this crazy war
ends up setting tar off, it'll be just that - interruption of
his studies and his fast track to a job in the ministry. if
that ends up on the line, his house loyalty will be dubious
