Anyone want to form a guild soon, or at some point in the near future? I want to get Ren into one at some point, though Kyo is probably going to be a solo player for quite a while. And probably a master chef at some point? XD

Nice, a discussion thread! I was also hoping for one, I didn't want to spam the main thread haha.

I want to get Rhythm into a guild as well, but preferably not create one myself. It seems fun to make one but it's kinda out of character for him... Maybe if no one else wants to.

I'm also considering to make a second character, but I'm not really sure yet... I really want to but I'm afraid I won't be able to keep up because it already takes me so long to write a post for one char ;;

I also do not want to create the guild, mostly because Ren isn't the leaderly type and is just going to be the blacksmith.

Can't help anyone on their internal struggles about having multiple character, though you could probably always just try it and if it was too difficult or you didn't like you could just kill them off or something.

I suppose Kyo is also open for interaction with anyone who is interested, though he's either going to do some massive monster hunting -because he's really big into that- and/or just skip town entirely and move on to the next one.

For the time skipping thing you could just do averages? Like Ren on average kills anywhere from 0-4 monsters a day when I write for her and Kyo kills a lot. So maybe everyone just makes a list of every day for two months and just write down how many and what kind monsters they killed each day, then just slam all of the exp/money/etc together after the timeskip? (Ie; day one - 2 frenzy boars, 1 little nepent. Day 2 - 1 blood fox, 1 squirrel, etc, etc) Then just add it all up? Though it would probably be time consuming. So I guess there's always the straight up option of either you(Thorrissia) or the writers picking the stats at random.

I also had a question regarding 'unique' skills like Kirito's duel-wielding or Akihiko's holy sword/immortal shield/whatever it's called. Will there be abilities like these at some point in the rp? And also I didn't think they got bows in SAO until Alfheim?

I was thinking about doing that actually. Might just do that then.

I just wrote a whole paragraph about my idea for the time skip thing but then thorrissia already posted lol. Reducing the time to clear the first floor to a few weeks instead would be great, two months is just an insane amount of time to skip. If it's just a couple of weeks we could use grim's idea about making a list of the monsters our characters killed each day.

Ah okay... Sorry I misunderstood. But I'm not sure... They're still only at the first day, it's going to take forever until it's been two weeks. Besides... Other than hunting out the boss room, once the characters get used to the game, made a guild, etc etc, will there still be enough to write about? I'm afraid that at one point no one really knows what to do and the roleplay dies...
Maybe just keep roleplaying for now and see how it goes, and once it starts to get boring, we could still skip to the day they're gonna clear the first floor?

What I'm mostly interested in is beast taming, because much later on I was hoping for Ren to tame a small dragon (similar to piña). It would have either none or very little use in combat, but would help her smelt special materials in the forge.

I apologize if Kyo seems over powered, I'm just writing for him the way I experience grind in Skyrim and Fallout. And Kyo's just...a major exp grinder anyways.
