personality: Eaglewing is a brave and trustworthy warrior. He believes in integrity and honour, and always tries to do the right thing. He is loyal to his clan, and abides by the warrior code religiously. He is a tall cat, though is not muscular, and is rather agile and lean, using his fluffy fur to confuse his opponents. He is swift, and a fast mover, though his attacks are ferocious and relentless. He is a patient cat when it comes to everyday tasks, and he is well-mannered and tries to be as polite as possible, however he has little tolerance for fooling around. He is quite serious, and his siblings argue that he takes things a little too seriously, but he is a hard-worker who strives to be an honourable cat. He can be a little overprotective, and tends to work himself and his apprentices to the bone if need be.
history: Eaglekit; One of three kits, Eaglekit spent his days playing with his two sisters, Sparrowkit and Swallowkit. As he was kitted first, he dubbed himself leader, although his youngest and smallest sister Swallowkit often butted heads with him over this. He was fiercely protective of his siblings from the other kits in the nursery, and was very fond of the both of him. Adventurous, yes, but Eaglekit listened to his mother's instructions and made sure to keep himself and his siblings inside the nursery until the day they became apprentices.
Eaglepaw; Eaglepaw was apprenticed to a senior warrior- Aspenleg, whom he looked up to greatly. Despite not being the biggest cat, Aspenleg taught him to use his speed to his advantage on the battlefield. Eaglepaw enjoyed friendly competition with his younger sister, Swallowpaw, however Sparrowpaw was considered the more delicate of the sisters and therefore they somewhat babied her. Tragedy struck during the Leaf-bare of that year, when Swallowpaw caught a horrendous cold and could not recover from it. She passed away, much to the grief of their parents and themselves. At the time, Eaglepaw's mother was heavily pregnant again, and the medicine cat was afraid it would effect her birth, but it did not, and two moons later as Eaglepaw and Sparrowpaw were approaching their warrior ceremony, Dapplewind gave birth to two new kits- Tawnykit and Bramblekit.
Eaglewing; Eaglewing was given his name for his swift movements in the field, as well as in acknowledgement to his pelt. A while after becoming a warrior, he scrapped with a rogue in the forest, who sliced off the tip of his left ear. Ten moons ago, a flood hit Lakeclan, and Eaglewing's father was washed away. Together, he and Sparrowfoot managed to save their younger sister, Brambletail- a new warrior- and their mother brought Tawnystripe to them, before she too was washed away. They found Mudpelt's body, but not their mother's. Eaglewing still believes his mother is alive.

personality: A shy young cat, Sparrowfoot is a gentle and kind soul who prefers to keep to herself. She is close to her family members, most specifically Eaglewing, although she is a little exasperated by their constant bickering. She is soft-spoken and doesn't speak much, preferring to let her actions speak louder than her words. She does not like to injure other cats, and during battles is often one of the cats who stays behind to guard the nursery or the elder's den, simply because that position will give her the motivation to keep enemies at bay. She loves kits and is patient to everyone, and has virtually no temper. Definitely the most mild-mannered of her siblings, Sparrowfoot is a quick and silent runner, making her a fantastic hunter. She can be a bit of a pushover though and tends to let herself be knocked around without complaint.
history: Sparrowkit; As a young kit, Sparrowkit was more than happy to follow along with whatever her siblings told her to do. She felt safe under Eaglekit's protection, but made more of an effort to get along with the other cats in the nursery. Even as a kit she was shy and stuck to her bolder sibling's sides like glue, and was often the level-headed one who soothed their arguments and helped to make sure that they didn't get into trouble.
Sparrowpaw; While her siblings were competing to be the best apprentice, Sparrowpaw was simply happy to watch and learn from her own mentor. While they scared her, and she was horribly afraid of messing up, she couldn't deny that she learnt a lot from the grumpy old tom. Sparrowpaw and her family mourned the loss of Swallowpaw to a cold in their eleventh moon, but was in and out of the nursery every day once her mother had the new kits.
Sparrowfoot; Sparrowfoot's name was at the suggestion of her mentor, who wanted her to have it in honour of her quick and silent movements throughout the forest. She was, after all, a speedy she-cat and great at chasing rabbits because she could almost outrun them, and if she got close enough, they didn't stand a chance. During the floor of their twenty-eighth moon, she and her brother Eaglewing worked together to rescue their younger sister, and then helped their mother rescue their brother, but they could not save her. After the flood, she and Eaglewing searched for their parents, but they only ever found their father's body. Sparrowfoot has accepted that her mother is most likely dead.

personality: Tawnystripe is a serious cat who likes to keep his business and his business, and hates meddling in the affairs of the clan. Brave and fierce, he is protective of his clan and prepared to do whatever is necessary to keep them safe. He doesn't talk much, but he is loud and opinionated and, in all honesty, a bit of a hot-head. He dislikes kits and actively avoids them, and although he hasn't had an apprentice yet he is absolutely dreading having one. Tawnystripe is active and likes to be doing something at all times, and often gets himself in trouble for wandering off on his own before anyone in the clan is even awake to do some extra hunting or to simply go somewhere and watch the sunrise. He likes to be alone to process his thoughts, and has a very short temper and can become quickly agitated if provoked.
history: Tawnykit; Tawnykit and his sister were born when his parents were still grieving for the loss of their elder sister, Swallowpaw. As it was, his parents were a little overprotective of them, and his sister, Sparrowpaw, was in and out of the nursery all the time. The most adventurous and mischievous kits in the nursery, Tawnykit and Bramblekit were always causing some sort of trouble all the other, and it was a relief to everyone when they were made apprentices.
Tawnypaw; As an apprentice, he and his sister held fierce competition with one another. They were always trying to top each other in feats of hunting or fighting, and they most definitely kept their mentors on their toes. Their apprenticeships went smoothly enough, all things considered.
Tawnystripe; Tawnystripe's name was given to him for his pelt, and while he would have liked something along the lines of his siblings, he was happy enough with it. However, a moon after he became a warrior, a flood hit Lakeclan, and had his mother not saved him just in time and delivered him to his elder siblings, he would have perished. Their mother washed away, and while the elder two searched and found their father, Tawnystripe's mother was never recovered, and he has bitterly concluded that she is dead.

personality: A wild-fire of a cat; Brambletail is a fierce, opinionated and loud. While she is always ablaze with energy, ready to do whatever she is needed to do, Brambletail is hot-headed and stubborn, refusing to take orders if she feels like she is being pushed around. She is a proud cat who likes to feel respected, and is likely to avoid those who she doesn't believe show her enough respect. She is brash and impulsive, and often hops right into things without thinking twice, coupled with her ruthless determination it makes her a fantastic fighter, but severely detracts from her hunting ability. Her brother calls her an 'overgrown kit' as, despite her general abrasive attitude, she loves to play with the apprentices and kits still. She is renowned for being a social cat, but she only lets her clanmates get as close as she wants them.
history: Bramblekit; As a kit, she and her brother were terribly adventurous, always wanting to explore the clan and be outside doing what the big cats were doing. It didn't help to hear tales from Sparrowpaw, reporting to their mother, and they were frustrated they couldn't get to do what their elder siblings were doing. They tried, a couple of times, and got in trouble for it, and Bramblekit could only imagine how relived they were when they finally left the nursery.
Bramblepaw; Always trying to prove something, Bramblepaw was constantly looking to one-up her brother, and one-up she did, in terms of fighting, but he had her beat by a milestone as far as hunting went. So, they called it a reluctant draw, though they still constantly teased each other.
Brambletail; She was named for her distinctive, fluffy tail, that was constantly getting twigs and debris caught in it from the nest. She was enjoying being a warrior when the flood hit, and her elder siblings rescued her, and she did her best to help them and her mother rescue her brother too, but both of her parents were lost. Since they never found the body of Brambletail's mother, she believes that she's still alive.

personality: Mistpaw is like her name implies- soft, gentle, and hard to read. She is somewhat elusive, and distances herself from the clan, still grieving greatly for the loss of her parents. She is not a shy cat, she is simply a private one who prefers to dedicate herself to her work. If pulled into a conversation, she doesn't speak much, but if she does, her words seem profound beyond her years. She can come off as cold or rude to other cats, as she has no real interest in talking to them most of the time, but she absolutely loves kits and spends time in the nursery whenever possible. She is very close to her brother, and is a very supportive young she-cat, always there if someone needs a shoulder to lean on.
history: Mistkit; Even as a kit, Mistpaw radiated strange. She did not cry when she was kitted, and in fact barely made a sound for a solid three weeks, and did not even speak her first word until she was a full moon old. She was not an adventurous young kit, preferring to stay with her mother in her nest and simply observe the happenings of the rest of the nursery. Everyone was worried when she was made an apprentice.
Mistpaw; The worry was needless, as soon after being made an apprentice she blossomed. Still somewhat cold and distant, Mistpaw absolutely dedicates herself to her work. She makes a good hunter and a good fighter. As a hunter, she is deadly silent, and she is precise in her striking. Although not the biggest cat, Mistpaw does well in fights because she is agile, fast-thinking and tactical; her hits always land with precision and she is good at gauging the strengths and weaknesses of her opponent and using them to her advantage. Unfortunately, a moon ago, a flood swept through camp and while saving their two young apprentices, her parents were swept away and perished. Since then, Mistpaw has become even more reserved and has displayed an unusual knack and love for swimming.

personality: Icepaw is the opposite of his sister and the opposite of what his name suggests. He is a cat who lives life in the fast lane, always taking risks and living for adventure. He is opinionated and can be bossy, and he thrives on knowledge. This can get him in trouble sometimes as he questions the orders of superiors, simply because he is curious. He is a smart cat, though, and asks very profound questions. He has a bit of a temper, and is very protective of his quiet sister, despite being the kit that was birthed last. He is ready and willing to stand up for what he believes in, and ready to defend any cat who he believes needs defending.
history: Icekit; As a kit, he was somewhat discouraged by his sister's lack of enthusiasm for playing with the other kits in the nursery, but he quickly got over that and began making new friends in the den. He was adventurous and brave, always talking about how he couldn't wait to become an apprentice, and although he would admit his sister was a bit strange, he was ready to snap at anyone who insulted her for not wanting to play with them. It was Icekit who convinced his mother to let them make his sister an apprentice with him, instead of holding her ceremony off to gauge whether or not she would be a suitable apprentice.
Icepaw; Dedicated and enthusiastic, Icepaw threw himself into being an apprentice gladly. Impatient as he is, he does not make a fantastic hunter, but he is already showing the makings of a good fighter, though if paired with his sister for a playfight, he is almost guaranteed to go soft on her, so they don't generally get to train together anymore, unless no other apprentices are available. A moon ago, his parents perished in the flood, and although he is grieving heavily for them, he knows that they would want him to carry on as usual, and so he does.

personality: A quiet and wise old cat, Aspenleg is patient and calm. He believes in being honourable and showing integrity, and followed this belief strictly when he was a warrior. He has a funny, somewhat stiff way of walking, which he was named for, and can get snappy if it is made fun of. He is prideful, and actually had to be forced to retire, stubbornly wanting to continue serving his clan until the day he died. Despite his somewhat intimidating size, Aspenleg is very gentle and adores kits, as he and his mate were never able to have any of their own. He enjoys telling stories to kits, and tries to keep himself free of ticks because he remembers hating that punishment as an apprentice. He is considerate of others and is level headed, very good at soothing out conflict, and is quite compassionate.
history: Aspenkit; Aspenkit and Birchkit were troublemakers, the entire clan was sure. Their mother, Sandfoot, refused to reveal the identity of their father, and the clan assumed it must have been a rogue, because of Birchkit's darker colouring that didn't match any cat in the clan at the time. Aspenkit adored his younger sister, whose tail was always raised nearly ramrod straight for no apparent reason. The pair of them were always talking about being warriors.
Aspenpaw; Aspenpaw and Birchpaw were fiercely competitive, and loved to train together. They kept score in the corner of the apprentice's den, near their nests, of how many fights each of them had won. When it came to hunting, Aspenpaw exhibited extraordinary feats of leaping. He didn't mean to do it the first time, a bird took flight and he pounced too short, so he simply crouched and leaped and smacked it straight down out of the air again. From then on, his training was mostly focused on hunting.
Apsenleg; Aspenleg was named for his strong back legs that made him a fantastic jumper and marked his unique hunting style, but also for his strange, stiff-legged way of walking. Even as warriors, he and his sister remained close and trained their apprentices together. He was devastated when, in their 48th moon, Birchtail died while kitting. Shortly after, he met his mate, a newcomer to the clan. She had been a kittypet and, as a kittypet, had been spayed, disallowing them to have kits. Aspenleg loved her anyway, and it was she, when he hit eighty-five moons and still refused to retire, who had forced him to do so. She died a moon ago, and he has been grieving heavily ever since.
