Acacia: Somewhere between Cato and Marvel.
Alder: Rue. I'm serious.
Apricot: A combination of Cato and Clove. Oh boy.
Almond: Peeta.
Rowan: Halfway between Marvel and Peeta.
Vincent: Boy from District Three.
Flora: Cato.
Azalea: Foxface.

We timeskipped ten years, so I did the math.
Steven and Crow are fifteen, Annie is fourteen, Owen is thirteen, Colton, Apricot, and Azalea are twelve, Ivy, Matty, Rita, and Olivia are eleven, Jay is ten, and Marigold is nine.
