Oh and I think I've got a clue on how to get the characters suspicious about the whole a.d. thing. Someone can accidentally do something to a teacher and finds out that instead of blood and flesh, the teacher is a robot (so wires and all). Because for some reasons, the academy in the real world was with human teachers, i think... (Oh and let's not make the academy too big, because Kyubey wouldn't risk making so many girls magical at once) <- maybe that could get the characters started.
