xD True. But I don't consider beads and things as makeup. They're accessories.
And it's true, Hook wears it better. But he still looks more like a Teenager trying to look more badass than he really is.
And Sparrow looks exactly like what he is - a drunk bird.

If you got your hand cut off and replaced with a hook, and you're not writhing on the floor in agony for five hours, I'm pretty sure that automatically makes you badass.
