What’s on the Inside
Personality: “I been told that I’m generally a nice girl.” Lysanne isn’t exactly a social butterfly, but she does get along with other people pretty easily. She can be a little shy at first, but opens up to people pretty quickly. She tries to always be polite, even with people she doesn’t like. Talking isn’t her favourite thing, but she can be really talkative with her close friends and families. She doesn’t like to take risks and like to be cautious when doing everything. This is sometimes challenging, since she is a little clumsy and klutzy at times. She tends to overthink things. With her close friends, she can be a little random and likes to joke around a lot. At times, she can also be a little sarcastic, but it’s usually for entertainment purposes. With people doesn’t necessary like, she can be a little cold and blunt, but still tries to stay polite. She is a perfectionist and an overachieving, mainly because of the pressure from her parents. She doesn’t like to share her problems and tend to keep everything bottled up. Even though, she is very smart and gets good grades, she is a little naïve about the real world. It is very hard to anger her, but when she does get angry, be careful around her. Despite, being involved in a lot of clubs and teams, she actually prefers to be by herself and is a little lazy.
History: “It’s nothing out of the norms.” Lysanne was born in the city to two very successful parents. Her mother was a well-respected doctor, while her father was the co-founder of a very famous software development company and work part-time as a physics professor at a well-known University. Ever since she was little, her parents signed her up for various lessons that ranged from ballet to math. Her parents expected her to be just as successful as them. During middle school, she discovered her love for art and music. In high school, she aspired to do something involved in art and music. Her parents didn’t approve, they didn’t think it would be a stable career, but still let her keep her hobbies. Hoping to gain her parents approval, she tried to be the prefect daughter. She got good grades and was involved in various clubs. However, in reality, she only wanted to relax and do what she wanted to do. Growing up as an only child, her parent often babied her. This resulted in her being a little sheltered and naïve to the world outside.
Likes: “I like a lot of things. To name a few, I like art, music, dance, cooking, baking, writing…”
Dislikes: “Uh, well. I don’t bullies, people with an ego, selfish people, liars and cheaters. I also don’t like dangerous situations.”
Talents: “I can play quite a couple of instruments, including piano and violin. I pretty good at painting and sketching. I play badminton, tennis and table tennis. And I’m really good at math.
Fears: “Losing people I care about, disappointing people and I’m extremely afraid of heights.”
Aspirations: “I want to be as successful as my parents.” She really just want to be able to do what she really want to do.
