I mean, Valentine is free to face anyone, as there are now four in the scene (him and his three "children"). I think Shebawolf was planning on dragging Diana out, but that's just a guess.

It would be funny if Vespasian happened to run into Scott again, since he thinks Scott's dead. He's sort of with a group now though.

And Blake will follow Diana wherever she goes.

Not immediately, but eventually, Cory will try and make some sort of deal with Diana. Since the siblings are freelancers, they benefit from working for both sides and that would be an interesting set of interactions- whether Diana makes a deal with them or not.
