I wrote how he would react in my latest post, but you can do whatever you'd like with it really. It's all unpredictable stuff, so he would just note down whatever Alex's reaction is.

Once Victoria gets out of the crazy room and "put away", if he can, then we will :P Wouldn't make sense to timeskip when she's stuck in a room with another- slightly out- scientist, eh?
Except I'm pretty sure she'd be father away from the containment cells. Pretty sure Raven's lab is a good bit away from there. So he'd be probably going down halls, then hear her nails screeching the door. And there's no windows, so he wouldn't be able to see her xD
