Khalida stands on a thin line that rests somewhere between girly-girl and tom girl. She can most definitely hold herself down in a fight. But she doesn't exactly go looking for trouble. Trouble tends to find her and she only reacts in the best ways possible. Even if that has to be fighting; though that is normally a last resort for her. Normally Khalida is a quiet girl, staring down the world around her with her cold, calculating yellow-orange eyes. Incredibly gifted at noticing the smallest details and combined with the excellent memory skills she has, Khalida can take in her surroundings in less than a minute and know the area perfectly.

Khalida is a great listener though she may not say much in response. Partially because she isn't overly fond of "bonding time" and also because she knows she doesn't give very good advice. But you can't expect Khalida to go out of her way to ask what's wrong. You have to start talking to her yourself, take the initiative. She isn't much for sticking her nose in other people's business unless she is truly concerned about something. She'll actually shy away from situations if she senses and sort of awkwardness that could come out of it in the end.

She is an incredibly gifted fighter and uses an unusual weapon choice that was gifted to her from her father. The necklace she wears is made of braided black string and a curved claw is wrapped around the string. When she wishes, this claw changes into a weapon named σκοτάδι in Greek, skotádi, which means dark. It resembles a scythe but the other end can be used as a sword. It is perfectly balanced on both ends making it rather durable and light. The razor sharp, curved edge of the blade can slice through practically anything. Spreading out from the blade are razor sharp, jagged, black hooks that can also be used to cause injury. The other end of the scythe is smaller and skinnier looking, that can be used as a spear or sword.

Powers: He has the ability to manipulate the ice, snow, and the winds. He also has immunity to cold weather.
Weapon of Choice: Khione once gave him a gift when he turned sixteen years old; and it is his weapon of choice. It is a thin, ice-cold flexible sword that has the ability to spew out ice OR freeze his opponent for a limited period of time. To do this, he has to concentrate real hard on his powers. Otherwise, it is just a normal sword (that happens to be freezing to touch).
Hobbies: He loves doodling and playing hockey when he has the free time to do so.

meet meriwether barnes, known as phoenix etaceh aka mister sassy pants. no one knows his real name except for his dreaded mother, hecate. his father is a bookstore owner and he manages his shop in a small town in north carolina. phoenix always challenged his father, until he father drugged him and left him at the gates of camp half-blood. as a 18 year old, he hardly takes anything seriously, which is his fatal flaw. his weapon is his magic and his necklace serves as a defensive shield. he named himself phoenix etaceh because his real name is for losers, in his mind. yes, his last name is hecate spelled backwards. he's not the smartest demigod, but he has excellent control over magic, from simple tricks to transporting himself or others from place to place. while he is not leader quality, he doesn't really like taking orders from people. his relationship with khalida and ryan is strong, but he finds november annoying, probably because he hates dionysus. phoenix is just a crazy guy with powerful magic.
