Portal themed roleplay | Open World

After the destruction of GLaDOS and a majority of the facility, survivors either went
into "storage" or tried looking for a way out. They divided themselves within groups.
Some of the scientists still make repairs in the facility. Meanwhile, the test subjects
separated themselves within two categories; connected [aka I will wait in my room until
the power goes back on] or Scavenger [Either look for a way out or a way to survive].
Those that look for a way out tend to stay in groups. Most have no idea where to head.
Here's a tip: Look up

The roleplay is pretty much open world. You can explore any part of the facility [Even
GLaDOS' chamber if you so desire]. Its open to both OC's and fandom characters.
As long as their human [with the acception of cores and robots] I really don't care who
you play as. It takes place during the events of Portal 2. I do have a section below the
rules that contains the basic story for portal if you are unsure of the original game.

Your parents signed you up for a month at Camp Laurel, a Summer camp for teens (13-18). As you step out of the car you spot a small little campus, with a few cabins and buildings. Morning is free time and a breakfast buffet is available , until 11:30am, lunch. Lunch lasts until 1:00pm, then activities start at 1:30pm, a different schedule every day. At 5:00pm dinner buffet is available, or you can order pizza or go to nearby restraunts. Now, you walk into your cabin--- Have fun!~

We all know what the world would be like if we were stray dogs running wild, not knowing what to do with
ourselves and trying (no matter how sad the attempt) to make a home out of it. A world that was once
ran by humans and their dogs, a world where we were truly domestic. Hmm.. but dare I ask, why would you
think of such a horrible thing? Here in Paris, France we are a loved bunch of a dogs who live side by side
with our humans, our humans that pamper us to the extreme, and treat us like we are the Queen or King.

Here we have our own homes, our own rooms, our special places in the city, and there is no much thing as
a homeless animal. We are a treasured bunch that are free to do as we please when we please just as long
as we home before the sun goes down. This place is our home, a real paradise! Would you want anything else?

well hello! i'm jay. and i've made an avengers role-play! this roleplay only consists of the first avengers movie characters, those being thor odinson; iron man; hawkeye; hulk; captain america; and black widow; plus, loki laufreyson; and nick fury. this will also includes the daughter of thor odinson, the son of tony stark/iron man, the daughter of clint barton/hawkeye, the son of bruce banner/the hulk, the daughter of steve rodgers/captain america, and the son of natasha romanoff/black widow. i will also add the daughter of nick fury and the son of loki laufreyson... trying to see if it would be better to have loki's son... heh... (drama)

eight teenagers, raised by legends; superheroes; commanders; and master assassins, live in this world or the next. and now, they have come together just as they predecessors have, to create what the world will call 'the second avengers.'

all eight of these teenagers have been through a lot in their years of life. they've been taught to over-through, kept from the truth, lived in the shadows, dabbled in the old fashioned, and even trained to a higher standard. these eight teens have been specifically taught, watched, and blinded for their own goods. the reasons being? their parents. their truths. and being part of something bigger then themselves as individuals.

when these teenagers are all of a respected age, the agency s.h.i.e.l.d. will take over and they shall forum the second avengers.

the heads of command think that these teenagers will simply submit, but as the founder of the first avengers has told his daughter: "No One Submits Simply." director nick fury has told that numerous times to his daughter.

So the only questions now, well those are simple. Will they submit and take orders, or will they defy the heads of command and act on their own? Who will betray the rest, and who will stay loyal? And most importantly; who will live and who will die?

So far, the open characters are the son of Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow, the son of Bruce Banner/The Hulk, and the daughter of Nick Fury(A very important role, might I add.) As well as these, all of the original Avengers are open as well.

The world went through another era of peace, all was fine. Korra eventually was lost to illness, and the new Avatar was born in the Earth Kingdom. It all seemed perfect, nothing that big happened, especially over the past twenty years. But happy endings never come easy. They have been waiting, preparing, and building. They may not know it yet, but the human world will soon be in grave danger. There are eight, going by the name of the Black Dragons. And now, at the age of sixteen, the new Avatar is just about ready to go off and save the world again.

Basically, this is just the next generation of Avatar.
We'll choose as we go along who's alive and who died. But
clearly, all of the originals are dead, since another hundred

Dragons, at which a V2 will be made.

I bet I should explain a bit about that little amulet around your neck.
Each charm represents a power, you see, and so whichever you have tells you what power you'll have.
If you take the necklace off, you won't be able to use your ability.
Now, how did you get that, you ask?
In the deep night on each of the selected's 17th birthday, a Monile will deliver a necklace with the charm that will work with you.
If you choose to wear it, you will receive the power that matches that charm after wearing it for an exact month.
If that month passes and you obtain an ability, we will send your assigned Monile to bring you to Castra Lepore.
Oh, yes, you still don't know about Lepore, do you?
Castra Lepore is a camp for our kind, the charmers, to be kept safe.
The government is after us, but they have no idea how much good we do.
If a charmer is not claimed by a Monile, they can develop deep mental illnesses, longing to reach their own charm.
Now, you there, you have a charm.
Look at it!
That's a nice ability you have, you're going to have to train to learn how to use it.

Cades Cove was a place were families moved to escape the Civil War - the war between the north and south to end slavery -. May called the families that moved there deserters or traitors. Now we go back in time to the very beginning of Cades Cove, who lived there and how they made it what it came to be.

ℒove is hard to find, in fact it is a once in a lifetime opportunity. Many of us never find our other half,
our soulmate, the ones who do are considered to be very lucky that fate was on their side. Finding a
soulmate has become so difficult and rare that we have given up on it all together, instead we have
a different system of finding mates here. It doesn't always make us happy, in fact some of us are just
made miserable by the one we are paired with, but it keeps the pack surviving and what more could
we really ask for? Some of us do find love this way though and those of us that do are happy for the
system that we have in place. There will always be those who want the system removed so they can
have a chance at finding love, but the tradition remains strong through this day as it has done for the
past century that it has existed.

ฬhat we do to get a mate is have one assigned to us. The process is pretty simple, every month those
of us who don't have a mate yet go up to the top of the mountain where there is a cave and we head
to the back of the cave moving down a narrow tunnel until we get to the room of crystals. The cave
is lit up with the soft glow from the crystals and each male goes and positions himself next to one of
the crystals. The females then make their way around to each crystal and if it glows brighter the two
are paired together. If there are any that the crystal does not light up for they have to wait another
month and try again to find a pairing. This tradition was developed when an alpha made a trip up the
mountain to investigate claims that his pack members had made about seeing a mysterious glow from
inside the cave. He went in and followed the glow to the back cave which had previously remained
unexplored and there he noticed a lone female curled up besides one of the crystals. He walked over
to her to investigate and as he got closer to her the crystal started to glow brighter.

Ƭhe glow catching the female's attention she looked up and when they locked eyes it was love at
first sight. He brought her back to the pack and announced that he had found his mate in the cave and
told the skeptical pack about what had happened. A new superstition had risen that the crystals could
tell a wolf who their mate was, nobody knew how it worked, but the next day a few of the members
went up to the cave to see if what the alpha said was true. When the got to the cave the crystals were
not glowing as the alpha said. They went back to report this to him, but he told them it must be some
sort of mistake. They insisted that he go and look for himself and in an attempt to prove them wrong
he went up and looked for himself. When he got there he saw that they were right, the crystals were
no longer glowing, he thought that couldn't be right. Everyday he checked again and again, and every
time he checked it was the same result, until the first day of the next month. He went back and when
he got there the crystals had the same dim glow that they had when he first investigated the cave. He
was excited to tell his pack and rushed back to them with the news.

ℛeluctantly the pack followed him thinking him crazy until they got there and saw that he was
right. A few of them wandered around the crystals and when a male and female got close to one it had
started to grow brighter. They looked at each other in shock with what just happened, but neither of
them felt a spark towards each other. The alpha insisted however that it was meant to be, that they of
course were mates because the crystal glowed. On that day he set a tradition that once a month the
unmated members of the pack would journey to the cave to find the wolf they were meant to be with.
Many of them did find a wolf they were paired with according to the crystals, but many of them never
found love. The alpha made it a law that they had to be with who the crystals deemed as their partners
it was forbidden to be with anybody else, and to this day the wolves still follow this tradition. It has
been so long that most are afraid to break it.
