Not much has changed, they introduced themselves, Adam decided he'd take one for the team n go kill the walker (we're referring the zombies to walkers for the most part now, but can also sometimes be referred to as zombies, but walkers seems something more likely they'd call them because it would seem in reality a bit of a sensitive subject to call things that used to be humans like neighbors and citizens 'zombies' if you feel), he threw a knife into the heart-area but it's done nothing, and now he has a knife in one hand but he's on the ground with the walker on top of him.
** side note, kinda want Adam to be the one to stab the walker in the head when I post, if that's all right c:
