I am so, so sorry I've been so inactive for the past couple days! My boyfriend, who I haven't seen for a month, came over to visit so I've been spending the majority of my time with him. I've only been able to get on a couple times before bed and most of the time, I'm too exhausted too post. I'll try to update tomorrow, I promise!

Also, separately, do you think I should make a sort of nursery for people who've just joined? The eggs this week got snapped up so fast, and it's sort of hard with only one Pokemon, so it would be a way for brand-new users to get something along with their start right off the bat.

That would be the plan, except there wouldn't be a limited amount of eggs. They wouldn't be anything amazing, probably just the region's main bird, and a couple other Pokemon exclusive to whichever region we are currently in. You'd only be able to grab from that batch the first week, ensuring any newcomer could start with at least two pokemon.

I like raffles, but we already have the lottery going (or we will, when I have a chance to set one up) and I want to do something to help out the new people.

Maybe you could just have a "Beginner/Starter Pack"? Or something like that, that any new member can grab, that contains 1-2 "basic" pokemon?

^ I think a "Starter-Pack" for beginners would be a good idea beside the extra eggs, too. If there would be a settlet "Starter-Pack" for new players (depending on the region) with 1 or 2, like Sezzas said, Basic-PKMN (e.g. two of the first PKMN you can meet/catch in the region except the starters) it would also save work, or?

Hmm, what if instead of making a starter pack or holding an egg raffle, I just didn't get rid of any eggs that weren't adopted each week? I'd move them down to a new section, and new players could adopt an additional egg each week.

Don't worry, if no one chooses the shiny egg, I'll put it back in next week so y'all can get a second chance at him!

On a completely separate note, I'd like to hold a summer event sometime in August, but I'm not quite sure what to do. Does anyone have any ideas? Feel free to PM me if you do, or just post them here.

Hey, are there gonna be double/triple/rotation battles now that we're in Unova?

An summer event for August would be great, I remember going to the fair on my birthday late within the month long time ago. Though as I am trying to suggest holding like an event that acts like a fair, I don't exactly know how it would work and how well in that case either.
