I looked over a recipe that I found of the orange crème cupcakes, and honestly... It doesn't sound hard at all. But then of course, I'm in a culinary class for two and a half hours every week day during school at our career center, so I'm used to making semi-complicated desserts. XD

What's a Frost Bite? O.O Is it some kinda drink or food?

I dislike how there's teachers who're teaching a really difficult to learn thing, but they can't teach, really.
I was learning Spanish and my teacher would hand out worksheets everyday. I understand it's great for recording but seriously can I learn to SPEAK Spanish, not just write it? Ugh and the grammar killed me. I would've learned better speaking it. Getting the accent right is important, too, but now I just see myself writing out what I have to say if I have to speak Spanish, like a mute or something. x.x
