This is a town called Dornesse, the inhabitants are supernatural and some inhuman. They are watched and governed by people called Monitors.
Inhabitants:
Taken, you weren't told where you were going. You were only told that you had no choice. They put you in a car and drove off, you couldn't see out the windows. When they stopped you got out and looked around. You stand at the entrance to an old, small little town.A few feet in front of you stands a sign that reads, "Welcome to Dornesse." You look at the people who brought you there. "Your powers are to dangerous for you to live normally. You will live here with others like you so we can watch and make sure you dont do any damage." They tell you.
Monitors:
You get a call one day, a job offer. They call the position a monitor, they tell you that you will have to move for the job. You agree and take the offer. The next day you get a call with more information, "we will pick you up today for the job. But you must know, you will be monitoring and governing the inhabitants of a town. They are different, some are even inhuman. You must keep your identity unknown and do what ever it takes for this job. " they say. You agree and they pick you up later that day. When you get to the town its old and small. At the entrance stands a sign that reads,"Welcome to Dornesse. "
