wise, intelligent, friendly, deadly. those are the good points about this particular man. those are what people credit him with, along with his battle strategies and his skill with metal blades, be them large or small. however, like every person in the land, he has his flaws. no sense of danger - reckless, some might say - amorous, to the point that he has been slapped more times he can count, although he finds he likes that in a woman. his face gives him the look of an older man, and alvere finds he doesn't mind this either. he's a merciless killer when it comes to it, and he does find it a little sad, but he has a job to do and so he does it.
alvere was born to a married couple, happy in their wedlock. they raised him well but at a young age he was taken from them and exposed to magic before returning for a couple of years until he was taken yet again to be trained in the fire of combat. he learnt well and was soon chosen, due to his abilities and early exposure, to eradicate the last of the dragons and weavers.

alvere was born to a married couple, happy in their wedlock. they raised him well over the years, teaching him right from wrong, although he didn't take much notice. at the age of eight he was apprenticed to a blacksmith and under the grouchy old man he learnt many skills, including how to fight. at the age of sixteen his mentor retired and al was put in charge of the shop. his reputation as a man of skill roamed wide and, to the right people, so did his merciless nature. he'd committed many deeds for those higher up by now.
