I would like to get this role play going as soon as possible, though.

Baron is a Career, of course, and I was thinking that Lottie would be a good partner for Verity.

Okay, so far the only careers I know of are Tricia, Bailey, Jasmine, possible Josh, and now Baron.
And, if anyone wants to plan out anything with Tricia, let me know because there is already something planned for Jack c:

Joshie-boo will be a career to stick close to Tricia(a decision he makes quickly after he realizes that, while he doesn't want to go back home, she probably does)
Josh is still open for a relationship thing. It'll probably make him less hostile because it would help him get over some of his anger at the Capitol.

Jack possibly, Tricia is a career so I'm not sure, unless you wouldn't mind possibly planning something
with her and either one of both of your characters, for I don't mind :)
