ok lets start

character: mandy
powers: shape shifting into objects, people, and animals, and liquids, and speed and mind control ( only 3 powers )
personality : funny kinda, kinda annoying and a bit hyper, fun to be around, and is not really all that popular and is a huge nerd/ gamer
