her parents met on a cruise,

age gap, but sparks flew instantly.
everyone wanted them to get

friends. best friends. they were a
completely inseparable duo, and
everyone referred to them as

around the pair they were simply
friends. finally, years later, adrian
proposed, and eva couldn't say no.
not long afterwards, the first child
came along. they named him luke
after adrian's father. they had
wanted an even amount of girls and
boys whatever number of children
they had, so when leana was born,
they were glad of the gender. her

the next year, and they decided to
take a break from having babies. that
break has never really been called off,

personality wrote:some people call her 'quiet', or 'sweet'. she personally thinks she's just a super shy annoying dwerp that's too afraid to make a mistake. she believes that she should be braver and more confident, not always putting herself down and being a giant pushover, but she is so small and down right terrified of making a laughing stock of herself she just goes along with everyone else. putting her more bunny-like side away, though, and you have a very sociable and kind girl, who although quieter than most loves to please and most likely enjoys the things that you do, in a more subdued way. hunger games? she's read it three times, and seen the movie countless more. harry potter? it's a classic in her family. twilight? let's just leave that one in the hands of the twihards. they have no place in hers. but you get the idea, right? she also has some likes that are considered more unique, such as 'uglies', by scott westerfeld, writing unique books of her own [which she would never dream of showing anyone], inventing, and oil painting.
history wrote:she hasn't had a very exiting history, so if you are in a hurry don't bother reading this at the moment.
she was born in america, but her parents were both russians before moving here and spoke with very heavy accents. since she learned to talk from them the accent was part of her life and with frequent trips to relatives and by relatives, russian became her primary language. she has no trouble speaking either language. when she speaks english though, she has a slight accent which those at her school think is cool.
her name doesn't really come from anywhere in particular, only her parents and relatives liked it. the spelling was somewhat of a dispute, though. her father, being a practical man, thought that leeanna would be best, so everyone would know how to pronounce it, and it would save her some maybe embarrassing mispronunciations later in life. her mother thought that leana would be better, because it was shorter and much easier to spell and remember. in the end however, they compromised to the name leanna.
she has only ever once been to russia, when she was four, and her mother went to go to her aunt's funeral. leanna had no idea why she was there, but from what her mother told her, she enjoyed it very much. it had been in the wintertime, and she had been obsessed with catching a snowflake to 'take home and show daddy!' at the end of their stay, leanna and her grandmother sat down a the kitchen table and made paper snowflakes, so she had five to show her daddy when she got home.
leanna grew up quite normally after that, as an american child, but never quite loosing her accent. she made some friends, but never really became very close with them, being more of an introverted girl, she amuses herslef with her own devises, such as, reading, writing, and using her talents to make things. she especially enjoys making wristwatches and other mechanical devises, loving to see how everything comes together to make something work.
