- To sum it all up - mostly anything with romance and drama. I'd prefer to play girls, but can do males if needed.

I like to post NO less than 2 detailed sentences. Lately I prefer more of short paragraphs, 4-5 sentences. I would like that in return, please. I understand if you have wb or get lazy, I do as well. But the more the better, please. I also request that you use correct grammar, I understand a few typos and such, and pretty posts - not rainbow or anything, it can be simply small font or centered. Just something nice and neat. { Check some of my latest posts if you'd like an example of how I post, and how I expect you to post}

Also, I would like you to be some-what active. I have band camp every week day - 9 hours every day. And I do have other things in my life to do as well, so I am not going to be on very much. At least once a day though. c:

Hello! Kiokami here, though feel free to call me Kio, or Brook{Some of you may recognize me as Brookstep}. As you can tell, and as you hopefully are too, I am searching for a 1x1 roleplay.

First of all, a bit about me. I am a girl, between the ages of 14-17 living in EST. I am a book lover and a bit of a fan girl. I don't watch many movies or shows, but when it comes to books...well, if I haven't read it yet, just suggest it to me and I'll be happy to read it and see about a roleplay. I do my best to reply every day, 1-3 paragraphs per character, per reply. I do my best to correct and spelling or grammar mistakes, but I am human. I make mistakes. I will always put a bit of humor into my replies, and like to have out-of-character conversations. It helps me get to know my partner, which I believe is an important thing, especially in a 1x1. I am fine with thread or PM. I also do not format my posts all that much, but you can expect some basic formatting.

From a roleplay partner, I try not to expect much. I know everyone is busy, but I would appreciate a response every 1-3 days, unless forewarned. Response length can be anywhere from 1-3 paragraphs. I expect a degree of literacy and creativity when it comes to plot and characters, but I understand writers block. A bit of out-of-character conversation would be nice as well. I do not expect amazingly formatted posts, or perfect grammar or spelling, or every reply to be great. I do my best to understand any problems you might have with these requirements, I understand that there is a lot here.




Topics and intrests:

Camp Half Blood{20/10}
Always fun, always interesting. Originally characters only. I have a few plot ideas that I'd love to try out. This is just one of those things I always love and always will. I would like to do something with my son of Ares, but would be happy to play more than one character as well.

Egyptian Theme{20/10}
Also amazing, but much harder to find. I love most all things Egyptian. I am especially interested in magic and magicians, such as in the Kane Chronicles series, or an Egyptian Demigod theme. Even a Egypt-meet-Camp-Half-Blood theme? That you be fun. I am open to suggestions on this one.

Dragons {How to Train Your Dragon}{20/10}
In general, I love all things dragon. Playing as dragons. Riding dragons. I espcecially love How to Train Your Dragon themed things. Original or Canon characters. I would adore, however, if someone would do a HiccupXAstrid HTTYD roleplay.

Sherlock{9/10}
A roleplay based on one of the original Doyle stories not already covered? I'd love to play John in this one. No Johnlock.

Doctor Who{10000000000000/10}
Currently really seeking!!! I'd love anything that has to do with the tenth Doctor, and most things with the Ninth. I have an OC companion that can be used with either Nine or Ten, and I'd be more than happy to play Ten! I'd also be willing to use some of the existing companions- Rose, Martha, or Donna. I can play any of them! Note: If using the Eleventh Doctor, it would have to be you playing him with my OC companion. I do not feel comfortable playing him or and of his companions. In summery:

I love dogs and all things dog related. I enjoy all things training and showing, from rally to obedience. Shutzand, championships, anything- I would love to work with it.

Injury/Recovery{8/10}
This is a bit of a plot idea I had. So two friends are in say, a car crash, or something similar. Or maybe not. Maybe just one of the friends is injured. So, in simple, my character is injured. Badly. And their friend vows to help them recover, physically and mentally. Might be interesting. I don't know.

Deliver Us From Normal/Far From Normal{9/10}
First, if anyone's ever even read these books, I'll be impressed. Very impressed. I was thinking perhaps roleplaying some of the families time on the O'Migosh? The book sort of skipped over a lot of that part of the story, despite the length that it took. Of course, post-Far-From-Normal would be cool as well.

School Band Geeks{7/10}
No, I do not mean a rock band. I mean a school's concert or marching band. A group of friends thrown into the band, some against their will, and let shenanigans ensue? This is a topic I am familiar with, as I have been playing the Tenor Saxophone for years.

Pokémon{7/10}
I've never tried this, but I would love to! As trainers, or as Pokémon. I'd really love a Mystery Dungeon themed roleplay.

Star Trek Into Darkness {8/10}
I am fairly new to the fandom but would love to try it out. I am looking for an adventure focusing on Kirk and Spock. This would not be a romance as I do not ship them, just an adventure on the Enterprise taking place after Into Darkness took place. I am new to the fandom, so I am looking for someone who handle my cluelessness, though I do have a brother who has seen every movie and episode who would help me with this one.

Okami- Based {10/10}
It is long past the defeat of Akuro by Chibiterasu, and ever longer since Amaterasu defeated Yami. In this time, a new darkness has reigned- a dark wolf, who holds the power of Akuro and Yami. He is bringing the demons back to the lands, their goal to take over and make this wolf king of all. Only two things hold him back- two young Okami's, a pair, neither with the full power of this ancestors. They must gain power, and new brush techniques never before possessed by an Okami, to defeat the dark wolf.
That's just a little plot I idea I had. Anyone who did this with me would make my life.

'Slow' plots- I mean plots where it's all like talking and arguing. I like a bit of action.
Plots that Ship cannon characters that do not make sense in the story. -By this, I mean in Sherlock, John and Molly. In Percy Jackson, Percy and Piper. I love cannon romances if they make sense.

I am here for the obvious reason of searching for a partner who would like to join me in the art of roleplay. of course, I should probably tell you a little bit about myself. I am a teenage girl living in the United States and I, sadly, live in a very small town so there's not much for me to do around here other than roleplay. my username on here is .[lullaby] [{though on awesomesauce.forumatic.com you can find me more easily under {{.cheshire }] but you can call me cas instead since it's a bit easier and all that. I own a dog, a Shetland Sheepdog, and there is the possibility of getting a cat sometime in the future. I like reading and music is definitely a must for me, as I couldn't live without it. I prefer the rock genre over most any other genre of music. I am a very friendly person, so don't feel bad about wanting to talk or anything. now, I do believe that it's time to move on and tell you about my roleplay abilities and what I expect from you.
-- I can most easily write anywhere from five lines to a few paragraphs depending on what you first give me, as I tend to mirror the posts of my partner in length. the least amount I will ever give is three lines, which is only, only, when I am suffering from severe writer's block, which doesn't happen normally, so you can easily count on my giving good responses. // I expect you to be able to give me at least a semi-literate response. now, I know that most people's idea of semi-lit varies for each person, but my idea is seven lines or more per post; basically a decent sized paragraphy, but if you are able to write more than that, it would be appreciated - though I do understand writer's block, it happens to every single one of us.
-- as for grammar and spelling, I am decent when it comes to both. my computer is no longer the greatest, and so the keyboard has the tendency to have problems, so sometimes there are misspellings, though I do look over my work before I submit it, so those don't happen too much. as for grammar, I'm normally very good, as I always try to be as un-illiterate as I possibly can. I also don't use chatspeak. [{other than the occasional 'lol' or something, but only in ooc, not in the actual post}] // I would appreciate it if you could also have decent grammar and spelling, enough for it to understandable. if maybe your first language isn't english, then I understand, but please try! also, please no chatspeak unless it's in ooc. if it's in the actual text post, then I end up getting a bit confused - this obviously does not count if the characters are say texting each other and use chatspeak, but other than that and ooc, I would appreciate it if ooc was ommitted.
-- I am much better at playing the girl because, well, I am one. you know, some people are able to play either gender quite easily, but I am, sadly, not one of those people and I'm afraid that if you expect me to only play the guy, then it will end up being a very bad roleplay because I will mess it up big time in some way or another. // if you could play the guy, then I would really appreciate it because, as I have previously expressed, I am really bad at playing the male character. so please be okay with playing the guy character in our roleplay

1) You must be semi-literate to literate. Grammar and punctuation are musts. NO TEXT SPEAK. If I can't understand it. I will delete it, or not respond.
2) NO ONE LINERS. These kill me.
3)If you get bored, tell me, so I don't resend and bug you. Or we can start a new one. Your choice. ^^
4) I WANT SOMEONE WHO WILL REPLY AT LEAST TWICE PER DAY.
5) I normally try to get on at least thrice a day to do most of my messages.

-I can be semi-literate to literate, depending on my partner. If you write short responses, or write a lot with nothing much for me to do, I can't respond well.
-I'm on fairly often, so I tend to reply pretty often.
-I have good grammar, and spelling. But I have a Mac and it has auto-correct, so it might 'auto-correct' things that don't need to be, like names, words ending in "ish" and things like that.
-I live in EST time zone, and I'm a full time college student, so my schedule is always different. But if you're giving me good responses, I'll respond as often as possible.
-I like to play the female, but I will double so we can both be a male and a female. (I don't do FxF.)
-I don't use anime pictures. I use real people.




-I like someone who can be very descriptive, but have enough in your post for my character to do something with. I don't like spouting off and then all your character ended up doing was saying "Hi".
-I hope you'll be willing to tell me if you want to quit the roleplay. I'd rather that than waiting for you to reply and you never do. THIS IS MY BIGGEST PET-PEEVE.
~I want someone who can play a male. I can play males, but mostly my males only work well in MxM. I have three male characters, and two out of three are used for MxM. Seth Weston is my only straight male character. We can double, but when I play a male the character is never used/played to his full potential. Unless said male's in an MxM.
-No anime or "emo" pictures. Unless the rp calls for it. None of my characters work well with either.






- I would love to do an SPN RP, and yes I do mean the TV show. I'm in love with it, and I've got a great girl for Sammy. I'm working on two who are compatible for Dean and Cas, but the personality type I write best, is normally the best with Sam. I don't like the Slashships. I don't know why, I love slash. I just don't like it in SPN. I've tried getting into it, I really have. I just can't. And don't ditch me with this. Tell me if you want to leave.





- I love my boys, they're awesome. I have a girl who can go well with any of them, but since my favorite member is Kendall, I'd love to have Kendall as the love interest for my girl. I also am in love with the Kames (Kendall Schmidt/Knight x James Maslow/Diamond.) pairing. If that pairing was real, I could die happy. In a Kames RP, I would love it if I could play Kendall. And if you want to roleplay this with me: I want to see a sample of your writing. 7/10 people who request BTR normally don't hit all of my criteria.

My posts are semi-fancy, depending on if you like to decorate yours as well. I have nice grammar and punctuation, but since I'm only human, I do tend to make mistakes every now and then. When roleplaying, I prefer it to be over PM, but Forum works just as well, I suppose. I have no preference gender-wise. :3 I'll play the male or female, it honestly doesn't matter to me.
