Welcome to the Birdcraw Islands with a population of 57. These tiny islands are just off the eastern coast of the US - it's a shock that anyone even lives there. Most people inhabit Wrentail, where a lone town stands. With such a small population, it isn't surprising that the town holds only six teenagers. With no one else, they had no choice but to befriend each other. The group is quite close-knit, sticking together even during the school year when they go to the mainland schools. The mainland kids consider them weird, island dwellers. The six of them were even given their own nickname - 'the birds'. They're used to being teased, though most just ignore it. They had each other to rely on, and they didn't need anyone else.

But it gets boring on a small little island like that. The teens had heard a rumor that on Crowtip, a nearby island, there was a laboratory. It wasn't secret, but it still felt like an Area 51 to them. They asked around, but no one seemed to know what it was for. And those that did avoided talking about it. So the six teens took it to their own hands to figure out what was going on in there. One of the guys owned a small speedboat just large enough for them all to fit, and one night, they snuck onto the island and into the laboratory. It was a lot easier than they had imagined. They didn't know what they would find. Maybe some medicines, weapons, and stuff. But whatever each teen had suspected... It wasn't this.

There were dozens of cages in the main room. But one three of them were filled with... Animals, if you could really call them that. They were brightly colored, misshaped unlike anything they have ever seen before, yet they somehow looked familiar. Upon closer inspection, they realized why. Everyone had played the game, watched the show, or read the manga when they were younger. But in real life, they just looked so different. Even terrifying in some ways. Bulbasaur, Charmander and Squirtle, the original starters.They had stumbled across real, living, Pokemon. And they decided to break them out.

But now they have three wild Pokemon on their hands, with no idea whatsoever on how to take care or train them. And in addition, they have school and they have to hide them from everyone else. Also, they suspect that some mad scientist might be after them. It's too late to return the Pokemon to the laboratory. There's only one thing running though the minds of the teens - now what?

It has been 24 years since the last flock. The school has been up and running, creating more advanced experiments and projects. They have stolen countless kids and babies in order to recreate the flock. The new flock is much more advanced with abilities and mutations. The Erasers are no more, now they have trackers. A mutation between wolves and humans. Trackers have keen and amped up senses, large and sharp canine teeth, strong eyes sight and smell, brute strength and faster than before. They cannot fly due to their weight. Instead of being able to half mutate the can shift from a human form and a wolf form, no in between. The flock is made up of six kids, they have escaped the school and are still running from trackers. Right now the only mission is to stay away from the school and white coats.

Once, there were two packs populating the mountains of Iceland. Ragnok and Nifleim, good and evil. Remember, though, that in every light there is a dark, and in the dark there will forever be a light. Both packs could become human, but Nifleim could only transform during the night and Ragnok during the day. If a wolf stayed human outside of the times they could transform, (for example, if a Ragnok wolf stayed human after the sun set) they would be stuck as a human forever, and have their memories wiped. These half-human, half-wolves were shunned from the packs, because wolves look down on humans as ignorant, stupid creatures.

There is a large clearing in between the territories, belonging to no-one. Both packs have been looking to expand their territory onto the area for centuries, but have never made a move in fear of being attacked by the other pack. However, the winter hit extremely hard on both of the packs and they are in need of the area’s ample prey. So, in a desperate attempt to feed the pack, the alpha of Nifleim declared war. Both packs have lead attacks on the other in hopes of capturing the territory, and all have been in vain so far.
As packs are being worn thin while more and more members are lost to casualties from the war, their future is uncertain. Unless they can break the curse or find peace, they won’t last much longer...

Plot~ Okay, so I have been watching Naruto lately and have decided to make a Naruto Role Play. Since I am only on episode 152 {Not shippouden}, I have also decided to start from when they are 13/14. We will be starting from the point when they are training just before the Chunin exams. From there the role play will escalate.

Before it disappeared beneath the the surface of the ocean Atlantis was said to be an a peaceful and utopian island. Many believe it now to lay at the bottom of the ocean, a paradise for the life underwater but none of this is true. The island never sank, it still remains above the surface. The humans left it decades ago while the animals remained. It is a paradise not to fish but to canines. How they got here is unknown but here they are, living on his huge island unknown to mankind. The city of Atlantis lies in ruins while the animals around it thrive. An utopia had it not been ravaged by war, a war between two packs.

Once a single large and mighty pack reigned this forest but they came upon hard times. Food grew scarce, the canines grew lean and with their hunger grew their anger. Finally a large group of wolves left the pack thinking they would find prey in a different forest. They had no success so soon later they came running back to their old pack thinking that they would be welcomed back and things would continue as if nothing had happened. Alas things did not go to plan for these wolves, their old pack considered them to be traitors and did not allow them to return to the pack. Together they had been known as the Azzak pack but now they called themselves Naharis and Kezmya. Naharis the ones whom had stayed, Kezmya those whom had left.

The hard times have passed prey is abundant, the only trouble in the forest is caused by the wolves themselves. The packs have developed a feeling of hostility towards each other and fights break out often. The packs grow larger and the territory does not seem to be quite large enough for the two to stay at a distance from each other. Eventually what had been building up for so long occurred, a full on battle. Before it had just been occasional scuffles at the borders with no more than injuries but in this battle many wolves lost their lives. The victor of the battle was the Naharis pack however though victorious the battle had lowered their numbers severely.

What neither of the packs had known until now was that a third pack had formed on the island. Some loners had gotten together and founded a pack of the name Yerizhan. The majority remaining members of the kezmya pack fled to join the yerizhan pack while a few actually went to join naharis. In their time of need the naharis welcomed their old pack mates back to them once more. The yerizhan moved to inhabit the old kezmya territory so in a way they became the new kezmya. Once again there was hostility between the packs. There has not been a second battle however tension is high.

Atlantis over water, Atlantis on earth might seem like a paradise but due to the canines that inhabit the island it is not. Loners and pack members alike are affected by the tension. Will there be peace this time around or will another battle ruin the peace? Can canines continue to thrive on the island or will they end up killing each other and becoming extinct?

Benevolent and malevolent alike the choice is in your paws fight for the peace or fight each other?

Particularly real-world rps of the semi-lit variety. A typical post for me (not including time-skips, intros, and conversations between my own characters) consists of between 1-2 paragraphs that may or my not include my character's thoughts, actions, and feelings, as well description as to the location/surroundings of my character and so forth. Aside from my main character, I usually play several secondary characters and many lesser characters; basically whatever is needed for the story that isn't provided by another player.

I am looking for both one x one rps and group rps, though the group rps must be in the semi-lit/lit section.

Right now, I'm really wanting to use one particular character. A few of you may know him from the shows The Practice and Boston Legal. Even if you haven't seen those shows, it's perfectly fine. I just really like him as a character and playing him is fun.

NAME: Alan Shore
AGE: 30
HEIGHT: 5' 10"
OCCUPATION: Lawyer
RESIDENCE: Boston, Massachusetts
SEXUALITY: Straight (though can be played as bi)

MORE INFO: A brilliant lawyer with a strong moral core who nevertheless is not above obtaining ethical outcomes through unethical means. Illicit computer hacking, blackmail, disguise and bribery are all tools he uses without hesitation. Alan is, however, unwavering in his defense of the underdog (unless he is representing the other party) and an indefatigable patron of various left-wing causes. He is disappointed and disillusioned with how the country has changed in recent years, and routinely confronts these issues in open court. Wherever he works, he treats his coworkers with levity and refuses to take himself too seriously. He has resigned himself to the fact that he will never be made partner at the firm due to his unpredictable behavior and lack of trustworthiness. Despite this, Alan seems to be able to help his clients and fellow lawyers when no one else can, due to his quick wit and apparent lack of fear for the consequences of his illegal actions.

Alan suffers from night terrors and has a fear of clowns. He also has commitment issues and has had very few long-term relationships. He has been described by his peers as a 'screwball', 'eccentric', a 'self-loathing narcissist' and seems to breed contempt from others. Though he is close to few people, he is extremely loyal to those few and would do almost anything for them, though isn't afraid to poke fun at them good-spiritedly and fully expects the same in return.
