hello there people of chickensmoothie! i'm squid girl, but you may call me girly, squiddy, or sebbie. there are two people on this account, though sebastian { me } is the only one that roleplays. i'm in my mid teens and i'm a girl, just so you know. ever since i was little i have been hooked onto writing, so i figured that a roleplay would fit me nicely. i try to mirror what others write, but the longest i've ever done is about two paragraphs. my average writing is a range from six to fourteen lines, depending on my muse and if i'm not preoccupied. when roleplaying, i hope that you don't mind that i don't use capital letters. yes, i know capitalization is important and whatnot, but i really don't like pressing the shift key, as my pinkie fingers feel weird pressing them, as i have long nails. i can normally play females, as it is easier for me to roleplay my own gender, but i can try roleplaying a male, as i'd love to give it a shot. i haven't really done a fantasy roleplay either, but i'd love to start! i've made a little list here so you can tell what i would like to roleplay and what i wouldn't. i hope this helps you out!

well, i hope that helped you figure out what i would like a bit! now, if you have a roleplay that i might like to join, take a look at these requirements really quickly. they'll help you know even more if i will join your roleplay or not.

requirements ;;

before i join a roleplay, i always look to see if it has an interesting plot. now, of course, my idea of interesting may differ from yours, but i'm mainly looking for an idea that is original. i would also like to join a roleplay that hasn't started yet, or, if it has started, is less than five pages into the roleplay, as it is easier for me to catch up. that being said, i would like for the members to be active. i hate joining a roleplay where almost no one is ever online or posting. i would love it if the members were semi-lit, posting maybe between five to ten lines, unless i stated otherwise. please, unless it is an anime or fantasy, i would not like to see any anime characters in the roleplay. that bugs me. i also like to see roleplays where the members have good grammar, punctuation, and spelling, and i wouldn't mind fancy posts.

My name is Jabberwock but feel free to call me Jabber. I'm a teenage girl (mid teens) who loves writing and reading. My posting size differs depending on my muse or what I have been given to work with. I generally mimic the amount that others post unless I have to write a massively long post (3+ paragraphs). I usually only play female characters unless they are canons but if you need a male to spice things up a bit (a complete psychopath or similar) then I find I am quite good at playing them surprisingly. To be honest, I'm not really that fussy about roleplays. I only ask that the other roleplayers don't use text language or miss out punctuation etc. I mean; the odd spelling error or typo is acceptable but not every post. Post length does not bother me but I may not join roleplays where people are only posting a couple of words. I find they move too slowly and will probably end up quitting.

I've tried several times to find a RP here on CS, but I have yet to find one I have been able to stay committed to. I'm sorry if what I'm about to say below sounds picky, but I admit that I am very picky when it comes to joining a roleplay. ^^" Maybe you'll be able to meet my requirements, maybe not. Let's find out~

Topics I'm Interested In ;;

- High School (I'd like for it to be focused around drama, not just romance, with maybe a mystery of some sort involved.)
- Harry Potter (Again with romance. I'd like HP to be 80% action/adventure and 20% romance.)
- Warrior Cats (I don't really have specifics for this, as long as there's some sort of interesting plot element. c: )
- My Little Pony (Same as Warriors. Also, I'd prefer that both OCs and canon characters are allowed.)

Requirements ;;

Literacy / Grammar, Punctuation, and Spelling ;; Personally, I think the word 'literate' is used in all the wrong ways these days. To be 'literate' means to be able to read and write, not to be able to write a paragraph or so for a single roleplay post. 'Advanced' would be a more suiting word for that, but hey. Everyone has their own views. ^^" I find this very irritating when looking for a roleplay, especially when I'm often stuck with a case of writer's block. I'm not the best roleplayer in the world, so I really don't want to have to write out of my comfort zone. The max I will do is three sentences, unless I feel the need to do more.
I'd also prefer that there is a requirement to have good grammar, spelling, and punctuation. I know that not everyone is perfect, but I'd like to read what my fellow Chicken Smoothians are writing. ^^ Grammar is my biggest pet peeve, so forgive me for this.

Pictures ;; If I'm roleplaying a human, I'd like to be able to use an anime picture when I join. Just because it may be a realistic RP, that doesn't mean that a non-realistic picture shouldn't be acceptable. I have very specific views on how my characters look, and real pictures just don't cut it for me.

Layout ;; Something that really grabs my attention is an attractive layout with colors, pictures, dividers, headers, etc. that overall fit together to draw me in. If your front page has little/no color, poor organization, or anything to make me unsure to the plot or turn me away, I probably won't join. ^^"

Recognition ;; One of my biggest turn-offs when I join a roleplay is when the owner only says, "Accepted" and I hardly get a, "Welcome to the RP!" Personally, I find it to be very rude. I try to be as welcoming as I can on other sites with new members, and I'd like that in return. I'm not sure that there are tight-knit families here like on another site I'm on, but I would at least like a welcome and when I ask if anyone has open characters to be acknowledged. I tend to drift away from RPs where I'm ignored.

Size ;; I'd prefer that your RP's page count is 10 or less, but a little over is fine as well. As long as you're not too far into the plot to the point it's super-confusing, I'll be okay. ^^

Activity ;; I haven't been all that active on CS lately, but that's because I can't find a RP to stick with. On a normal day, I am online all day from 9:00am to 9:50pm EST, so if I can truly stick with you, you won't have to worry about me not being active. x3
I'd prefer that your RP is active, but not too active that I can't keep up.

Just a few short days have passed since the coronation of Princess Twilight Sparkle. Her mentor, Princess Celestia believed she was fine, until the day she collapsed after speaking with her sister and fellow ruler of Equestria, Princess Luna. Days and nights she spent in Canterlot Hospital, causing the Elements of Harmony and Princess Cadance to come to her aid. But, war in Equestria is brewing slowly; Celestia dying. The land has been outraged since, friends and family turning backs to two teams; the sun and moon. Which side will you choose? Which side will win?

Centuries after the rein of Celestia and her sister, two new rulers were born. Their names were yin and yang. They ruled the kingdom for some time. One frightful day, yang turned. The two sisters separated and led two different kingdoms, yin, the kingdom of light, yang, the kingdom of dark. They have new rulers now, but remain separated still.

However, there is a legend that love and friendship will prevail against all odds. A prince and a Princess will fall in love and will reunite the kingdoms with the help of others.
