what you learn at the first talk -
❝ yo! i'm.. reece - reece aiden carter markus withers. that's pronounced "rees ay-dun car-ter mar-cuss with-ers" if you're deaf and this is written down for you. reece comes from my late uncle, i do believe. aiden is from my father's nephew (so my cousin) and markus comes from.. the baby name book? withers is eminently my family surname, so it comes from my father's side?
"most people call me aiden - not because they want to call me my second name, but because i barely tell people my first name. it reminds me of the chocolate thingy mabobby and i'm like 'ugh. chocolate'. i don't want to be edible.. and, anyway, who in their right mind does? exactly. a nickname that comes from an actual 'memorable' thing is dumbo. kinda like the elephant, kinda like being stupid. long story short, i was in.. year six, was it? anyway, i was around ten or eleven at the time, and, believe it or not, i was the fattest kid you could find in our school. i also got an 'f' grade in every single thing, and i stupidly told my two friends. they then passed this on, and i became 'dumbo' - the stupid fat kid. so, yeah..!
"next up, i'm eighteen. i was born on the fourth of january in nineteen-ninety-five at six thirty-nine in the morning. it was sunny, i think.. well, when i was born, my parents were disappointed because they were expecting a girl.
