Well, she has a past. Perhaps Blaire could have heard of her? Blaire came from a far place, so it's possible she's heard the rumours. Still, she wouldn't know what Luna looks like, so she would need to know her name to figure it out.

Blaire is currently staying with the SnowStars, but she rarely leaves camp, so Luna would have to catch her during one of those outings. Blaire would likely be really wary of Luna at first, since she's not a very trusting wolf, but she has a strange repeatability with crazies dalton. Even if Luna isn't actually that nuts. xD
