and lets his confidence get the best of him. In addition, his
superiority complex often leads him to think that he is always
right, and he is far too abrupt with his solutions to problems.
Regardless, he is eternally loyal to his Clan and his Clanmates.

A large ball of fur and bones, Sparrowfur's appearance offsets her as an elder of the Clan. Sparrowfur keeps her long, thick fur clean. Brown and black patches of once-shimmering but now somewhat dulled fur are scattered randomly throughout her pelt, her underbelly being lighter than the rest of her. Her face is her most dominant physical attribute, still bearing its darkened tabby stripes after countless seasons of life. With long, white whiskers and cheery green eyes, a warrior may occasionally question to themselves if Sparrowfur is truly as old as she is claimed to be.

A humble cat she is, Sparrowfur is a pleasant she-cat to be around. Taking value at the finer things in life, she is neither greedy nor ambitious. While she has always striven to do the best for her Clan, she never desired a rank higher than warrior, and is quite content with Clan life. She is motherly and gentle, having raised multiple litters of kits herself, and while she appreciates the essence of life, she is a fierce warrior at heart. While she may seem bossy, she only has others' best interests in mind. Sparrowfur has seen the depths of evil that can appear in life and makes it her goal to avoid them.

Sparrowkit's existence is a rather lucky one; her mother, Addereye, gave birth to four beautiful and healthy kits. However, her home was raided by a badger and his first destination was the nursery. Though Addereye fought hard to save her kits, Sparrowkit was the only survivor. She was too young to remember it, so her mother never told her about her other kin. Addereye strove to protect and give everything to Sparrowkit, as it was her only kit, and their relationship stayed strong because of this fact. Sparrowkit grew up with not a care in the world.

While Sparrowpaw was never nothing more than average during her apprenticeship, she strived to complete her training as quickly as possible so that she could become a true member of her Clan and give them the entirety of her heart. She encountered a badger once during her travels, and it looked familiar to her but she never figured out why. She has always had a strong disliking towards badgers, though it never seemed personal to her because she was unaware of how a badger shaped the remainder of her life. But Sparrowpaw, a young nine moon old apprentice, had a hatred for this creature that stood in front of her and loomed like a shadow with its ugly claws and beady eyes. She attempted to fight it, but the creature was much larger and outmatched her. Sparrowpaw was able to escape to safety when the badger got caught in a fox trap, never to be seen again.

When Sparrowfur received her warrior name, she was rather unpleased. She had always wanted a name that would make others fear her and think that she was a lethal warrior, like Sparrowstrike or Sparrowtalon. To be named after her coat color, she felt it a disgrace; was it truly her most prominent feature? It upset her for quite some moons, but as she explored and experienced self-discovery, she realized that a true warrior is made not by her name, but by her loyalty to her Clan. And loyalty, Sparrowfur reasoned, is found in the heart, the first place that she looked at on other cats. However, during this time period of young warriorhood, Sparrowfur endured a very painful loss; her mother had died fighting for her Clan, from an inescapable underbelly wound. Sparrowfur grieved her loss for uncountable moons and shut herself off from her Clan members, unable to accept the fact that her mother, her caregiver, her trust, her best friend, was gone. Sparrowfur's mother was her admiration, their relationship given so much strength those countless moons ago. And now Sparrowfur felt alone, like never before.

Time heals everything, correct? It seemed to be the case for Sparrowfur; while she would always miss her mother dearly, she understood that you must move on in order to succeed, and she eventually learned to deal with her issue in a more positive way. Sparrowfur enjoyed talking long dusk walks as her escape. Every time she would look into the flowing river and see the reflection of herself, she saw her mother's eyes. Rest assured that her mother runs safely in StarClan now, Sparrowfur now takes her walks far less often. However, it has given her a love for nature and she loves to see what new discoveries she'll find, so she will sneak out of the camp every now and then, even to this day.

Finding a mate was never one of Sparrowfur's concerns, and it didn't occur to her that she was mateless until she was nearly a middle-aged warrior. She never had any desire to find a mate or to have kits until she was older, but eventually she caught up to herself and decided that she would love to have kits. She met an enticing tom named Reedwhisker, and they quickly fell in love. Giving birth to two kits, Sparrowfur cared for them with every passion and desire that lingered in herself, striving to be as exceptional of a mother as Addereye had been to Sparrowfur. Her kits grew into healthy, fine warriors. Eventually she had four other litters of kits, all bringing new life to the Clan and giving the same loyalty that Sparrowfur has.

At 70 moons old, Sparrowfur was the oldest member of the Clan, having seen countless new warriors rise and fall. After her last battle as a warrior, Sparrowfur decided that it was time she retired to the elders' den. The battle hadn't ended badly at all; in fact, Sparrowfur fought well for her age, assisting her Clan rather than holding them back. However, age had taken the best of her and while the fire never died in her heart, it took a toll on her body and she knew that she could no longer fight like a warrior. As the oldest member of the Clan, Sparrowfur enjoys sharing her countless stories with the kits and putting herself to good use whenever possible. Her bones are stiffening and she doesn't move around as much as she used to, and her pelt has lost its young shine, but her eyes still light up like they did, reflecting in the river countless moons ago.

major work in progress for this handsome boy-o named carmine! for his
basic overview, he's a loner tom of twenty-three moons, most of which
he spent in the concrete jungle of a city below fogclan's home in the
mountains. a charismatic charmer, carmine has been swindling the young
and the naive since his kit-hood. city life has made him selfish, arrogant,
and quite a silver-tongued tom. now, he's not all rotten to the core.
carmine can be valiant, calculating, responsible and a valuable ally. time
away from the city has softened his brutish attitude and made him into
a more calm and charming fellow. and hooboy, what a paradigm shift it
was to end up in a forest. turns out the prey is smarter and faster than
city rats and there's no street markets to steal deliciously seasoned
snacks that hang on racks, just close enough to sneak a few bites. carmine
was forced into the neighboring forest when a gang of loners caught him
snooping around their less-than-humble abode for food scraps. ever since
then, carmine has been wandering the forest, surviving only by his wit
and charm. for a moon or two, he almost starved as he suffered the trials
and errors of hunting in the thick undergrowth of the forest. in the last
ten moons or so, he has acclimated to forest life and has come across
fogclan more than once and was surprisingly amiable. perhaps one day
he will find his purpose in the clan.
