illusion casting — simply put, sebastian has the ability to make you see
things that aren’t there. due to his conditioning he’s not all that power
ful, and can only cast on about 3 people at a time, maybe 5 if he’s in a
stressful enough situation.

insanity — can make you well, insane? instead of outward like his illusi
on casting, his insanity ability is inward. at a minimal level, he can cha
nge things like colors or sounds, causing an individual to become colorb
lind or hard of hearing when sebastian is locked onto them. at a more t
errifying level, and where the ‘insane’ part comes from, is his ability to
cause certain mental illnesses, throw off equilibrium, and possibly shut
down certain parts of the brain. (this one hasn’t been tested, and prob
ably won’t in the foreseeable future.)

born to two inhuman parents and sent off to an inhuman school like all
the others, sebastian was an easy condition, given his more laid back a
nd passive personality. he was working as a vet up until two years ago,
when he joined the rebellion after finally seeing the treatment of inhu
mans.

Ooo sure! I like that idea!
Darian would probably want to understand why seph dislikes him, and would go to great lengths to figure out things that intentionally bother him. Though, he wouldn't act on it right away unless necessary to state his opinions

☬Evelyn, or 'Ren', was always considered to be a 'troubled' individual. She has a strong distaste for listening to authority, very much preferring to live according to her own rules.
