in the way of relations I would like to have for Shiloh at least one person on bad terms with him to pick fights with. Shiloh jsut loves picking fights

and for Daniel I'd like someone who knows ASL to be his buddy <3 he doesn't know nearly enough people who can understand him

Capri knows ASL so maybe they can bump into each other or something / they have knew each other for a while?
