hiro's quirk allows him to never miss with projectiles. he is excellent with throwing knives, darts, and even guns when he can get his hands on them. there are no obvious repercussions for his quirk, however it does only apply to thrown or shot objects. he can easily miss punches and things of that nature. in fact, his luck seems to be quite miserable with hand-to-hand combat.

PERSONALITY;; hiro is deceptively positive and friendly. he is often well-liked by his peers, but he has a hard time forming actual emotional connections with them. hiro is something of a 'class clown' in most situations, pulling pranks and making jokes, even at inopportune moments. (really, more often than not, the moments are inopportune.) he can be excessively violent with people when he sees the opportunity, even though it isn't always his intention to hurt them- it's more that he just likes the thrill of it all, and sometimes people end up getting hurt. that thrill-seeking attitude carries over to other behaviors, too, like stealing/crashing cars, scaling risky heights, and provoking people that he is aware will be able to hurt him. he is highly intelligent, academically and in terms of street-smarts, as well. hiro has a lot of good traits, things that make him appealing and potentially successful, but he is simply not a kind person at heart. he claims he has no concern for the wellbeing of others overall, and when someone observes how closely he seems to tailor his own behavior to this belief, he becomes a bit threatening. he has adhd, which he has never received any form of treatment for, which makes him a bit too energetic for some people, among other things.
