Witty, bored, alive, and just a colourful range of emotions packed under a layer of masked perfection, Celeste is the external image of perfection. She has the grades to be proud of, the perfect boyfriend, a perfect life. What else could she ever need? Everyone assumes she's just another one of the stereotypical mean girls, snapping out orders, tormenting her best friend, controlling everything and everyone all while not flinching or batting an eye. After all, it's the climate she grew up in and is used to although she feels mildly trapped by the same role these same, long years. It tends to take the toll of a thousand pounds on Celeste's head and mental health, though she'll never admit it and most certainly will never let it show. She knows her boyfriend is too good for her but won't do anything about it, she knows her best friend is worth more than she could ever be. Beneath it all, she's full of self-loathing and hatred, but instead of confronting her own issues, she pushes them aside and goes after others, taking advantage of the throne she was so often seen on. If she could just let go of the façade she keeps so firmly on, maybe a shred of humanity would shine through or maybe everyone would see that there's nothing left beneath her mean girl crown.

Not that she'd ever admit it, but Celeste is firmly believing that she's just in a rut. She lives for witty banter between herself and whoever is willing to participate and is quick to put others in their place if they're going after her, Mayhem, Brooks or anyone else she may happen to care about. She knows to hang onto those who still stay around her, even if they're just around out of obligation rather than wanting to. She marches on with her head held high and her smile bright but intimidating, gaze ready to lock onto whatever challenge crosses her path. Celeste is a fireball of determination and passion, using her spirit to push through whatever gets in her path, even when she's not sure what that path may be.

She knows that Mayhem might be the only actual real friend she has there on top of that, and it's mostly because Celeste adores her deep down. However, on the surface, it's clear that she doesn't treat her well and most of that stems from insecurity Celeste feels when it comes to how stunningly brilliant she knows her friend is.

to put it simply, drew's a childish ball of energy. he approaches everything with awe and wonder, turni
ng even the most mundane of tasks amusing with his jokes. there are a miilion things that he could ta
ke more seriously, but where's the fun in that? he carries himself with a very nonchalant attitude, as i
f nothing fazes him, but that's just a farce. aside from his upbeat antics, he's quite a nervous person.
he tends to overthink, especially when it comes to other people. he tries to keep on good terms with
everyone, and that might be the cause of most of his anxiety. very much the type to think you hate hi
m for the tiniest things, but he's also too much of a coward to do anything about it. even when it com
es to people who actually and quite obviously dislike him, he doesn't do much more than look away. a
nd even if he doesn't like someone back, the only people who would know about it are his closest frie
nds. for the most part, he keeps his worries to himself, and plays everything off with a laugh and con
fused smile. though, half the time, he isn't faking it. drew's not the brightest. honestly, a little oblivio
us, and it's quite evident in his grades. he's not one to do things half-heartedly, so it's not like he's not
trying, but the guy is probably failing about every single one of his classes, except phys ed. though, h
e's still averaging a c in that class, courtesy of those occasional health tests. luckily, his athletic abilit

● Benjamin is a gentle introvert who is most happy with his own company or the company
of whatever few close friends he has. He likes working alone, where he can play around
at his own pace. He isn't shy, and therefore won't push away company, but Benji is
choosy when it comes to deciding who to truly befriend. His few friends are close once
he accepts them, though; Benji is honestly a fairly loyal person, even if he may appear
uninterested.

Benji is quite good at listening, even if it doesn't seem like he is interested. He picks up
keen details and remembers a lot, regardless of where his eyes are in that moment. He
takes criticism well, unable to push it to heart. He's a hard-worker, though does it to
keep his mind busy and content, rather than doing it to please others. Because of this,
though, he finds he can accidentally become a bit judgemental to those who don't work,
given the scenario. He's a perfectionist, as much as he hates to admit it, and finds he
often can't work himself out of this trait, either. He dislikes talking about his emotions,
but is secretly a big sucker for romantic, or at least something intimate that makes
him feel loved and wanted. He can be a real romantic once he falls. At times, if he's
hard at work and someone interrupts him, he can even come off as a callous being,
though he never means it. It's often apologized about later on.

He doesn't take in things one-by-one. Benji likes to seek ahead, viewing the big picture
and its main details. He's a very logical person, often pushing his emotions and inner
thoughts away, simply because he does not trust himself enough to open up to another
about it. He likes planning things, though often keeps this to himself, allowing others to
take control if they so please.

Although Benji can seem a bit dull, he’s an extremely respectable person, and can be
rather enjoyable company once he decides to open up playfully to someone. He
has a soft spot for younger children and will act like the big brother around them. He
also portrays himself as tougher than he actually is because he despises his vulnerable
side, and doesn’t wish for others to see him as what he’d call a “weakling.” If he
desperately wants to break down, he’ll swallow it up until he’s all by himself. He has little
intentions of changing this anytime soon.

reserved about his love for writing.
He has been reserved about many
things he loves and cares for. Benji
grew up with a vulnerable mother
and a destructive father; a drunk.
He was drunk more than he was
sober, and Benji was quick to
decide he needed to stand up for
his mother. Fortunately, and a bit
unfortunately, too, one night,
when Benji was seven, his father
went out and never returned. As
nice as it was to live in a slightly
less cautious life, he paid for a lot
of the stuff, which meant Benji
and his mother struggled
financially for quite some time.
Eventually, over time, they
managed, especially because
Benji took a job young, but the
fear of having his father coming
back still lingers in their house.
Benji has learned to hide many
personal things to himself due to
his father, who was unsupportive
about quite a lot.
