『She grew up with the urge to please her parents. She never felt she got there and ended up frequently having periods of depression. Her parents, wild kittypets who ran away to please themselves. Her sister and herself were born while they were traveling with the strays, which ended in them being malnourished and forgotten. They eventually grew, but her sister never really made the grade. Her parents pushed her, but she never could fight. Forgotten knew she had fight if she needed to live, so she did. She advanced but hated every step of it. One day, she was attacked. An older cat by the name of Grim had been mad at a comment she made. He was old and a little bit crazy but in her mad fury to save herself, she ended up killing the cat. She was traumatized, and was not helped when her sister ran away into the forest and was presumed dead. In her devastated state, the world fell around her. Her father died, her only left friend turned on her, along with the rest of the group. She was kicked out and only found happiness when she met a sleek tom by the name of Astro. They had many fun times together, playing in the forest, wandering around the harbor in the city. Astro went out to hunt one day, and didn't come back the same. He was gone often and one night, she confronted him about it. He told her the horrible truth. He was seeing another cat. The next day, he wasn't there. She decided to try, with a sliver of hope, find her sister in the forest. Only a moon in, she found out she was pregnant with Astro's kits. She wandered close to Eagleclan territory, smelling cats but too afraid to enter more than a few fox lengths. She watches the leaves sway from the old fox hole she calls her den, and wishes to find help but can never quiet reach out enough. While living here, she changed her name from Hopes to Forgotten Hopes.』
