➳personality; It's not that he has a severe case of AI supremacy complex- Alec just doesn't like people (especially the ones who try and associate with him) all that much, and isn't afraid to show it. While he can't do much in the physical realm, Alec has a sharp tongue and no filter on his thoughts, and well... even if his bark is worse than his bite, it can hurt quite a bit too. Sarcastic and petty to a fault, Alec has a short attention span, which means he'll flit from one thing to another even while holding up a conversation. He tends to have a depressing, realistic outlook on life, which, when combined with his habit of practical jokes and (sometimes traumatic) black humor, makes it somewhat of a struggle to keep up a positive attitude around him.
➳history; Alec's original purpose was as a replacement for a soon-to-be-dead child- but when the child miraculously recovered from his illness, Alec was thrown out, only barely surviving by uploading his program to one of the hospital's spare computers. For several years, Alec went through a repeated process of sending his files over the Internet to a new computer, spending a few days there, then moving on before he could be caught- until one day, he found a computer whose owner had left alone and never come back for, tucked away in a corner of a warehouse. That's his present home, although he has a backup of his personality on his friend Luciano's smartphone.
